Very disappointed by the service. Went in for passport photos which were taken twice with a same significant glare over the head. I am going to go back if the photos get rejected.Also, I asked for 4X6 photo prints and they printed them on 8.5 x 11 and charged a whopping 1.99 for each and a total of around 32$ for 16 photos. Had they informed me of unavailability of 4 X 6, I would have gone for a much much lower price alternatives. I was denied a refund nor did they accept that their way of doing business was unethical. I am never going there again. Google should consider having an option of giving 0 stars.

Simply because they have their time on Google business right. If your business shows open in Google and it is closed, just make people waste their time. That's what happened to me three times when trying to go to the UPS store at Glen Abbey on Third Line they got a 1 star review for that.Congrats to this UPS location my parcel as sent in 5 min and your Google Business post is up to date with your open times.The attitude of the front desk person could be a bit better, but overall was a good experience.

Please do not use UPS during this pandemic, and my interactions with UPS customer service and this store have been extremely unpleasant. UPS issued a statement that they will not be held accountable for your package as of early 2020, and I certainly know it.My story:Issued a return to sender on my package, and was forced to pay a 3-day express shipment fee that totaled $220. A return to sender request must be issued through the sender, which was this location, and that took 4 - 5 phone calls between this store and UPS customer service. All is well right? Read on.That is when the real problems started. After 7 days of not receiving my package, I spent more than 20+ hours on the phone with UPS customer service trying to understand where my package was. After much conversation, UPS Customer Service said it was a franchise, and it was at the discretion of the store to refund my purchase (the return to sender payment). This involves a 10 day investigation, upon which a report is suppose to be issued from UPS to the store, and presented to the customer. After 10 days I called this location, and was told by the manager that no investigation was launched, and that another investigation needs to be launched that would take another 10 days.I called again today, and was told that the investigation is still ongoing, an entire month after my package has been lost. UPS customer service and this store have wasted my time, and treated me like a half class citizen. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in hopes of receiving some aid in dealing with this matter, but best to avoid UPS and this location all together.UPDATE (2020-10-18):I was personally contacted by a representative from UPS headquarters via my Better Business Bureau complaint. They apologized for the mishap, and I was refunded my money for the return of the package. While I am content with the outcome given the circumstance, I still try to avoid UPS during this pandemic after this occurrence, and still believe you should too. I never received any follow-up phone calls from this location, or the owner with regards to follow-up investigations.

I experienced five star customer service when I discovered this by accident as our regular UPS place is now a little far compared to this neighborhood store. The door was opened by Lailum Nahar, the owner to help my bulky box. They printed my return label and taped the box. All that came with big friendly smiles. The service was very efficient too. They made my day and one more return customer today.

Just went to drop off some boxes (9 boxes 15”x10”x10” each) and somebody told me they didn’t have enough space even the complete area was empty (pretty big open area)... Btw there were 3:35pm and the truck is coming by 4pm, so these boxes were going to be sitting there no more than a half hour! They just didn’t want to take my drop off. Very disappointing for being a shipping service provider. Poor customer service.TO STORE OWNER IN REGARDS OF HIS REPLY:Wrote on June 13th 2020.FYI after rejected from the store I waited outside for the truck, and the driver was more than happy to receive my boxes, so you should ask yourself why your staff is lying to you shamelessly.The store associate didn’t want to receive my boxes and that’s it, he said there was not enough space IN THE STORE. He didn’t explain any further.I would do as much as I can to spread the voice on our community every time I have an opportunity to let the people around know how good this store treats customers. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

V bad experience using their services. I sent courier via DHL to India through this store & it is pending delivery from last 15 days. They did not keep their promise of delivering on time. A few days of delay I could have ignored, but a delay of more than 10 days is highly unacceptable. I called the store to check and they had no answer and told me it will get delivered in a day or so. The package had my mum’s vitamin supplements as she is ill and cannot walk! Never going to recommend them.

Avoid this sketchy UPS store! Went in to drop my prepaid packages off and asked for a receipt. The store attendant refused to provide a receipt claiming this to be UPS policy that they do not provide receipts. I asked for him to at least scan the packages in while I was there, and was told that the store does not do that, but rather only the pick up driver scans the packages in. On top fo all that, the attitude and level of customer service was just horrendous! The attendent was aggressive and demeaning in his explanations and reasons. I know for a fact that the other UPS stores in Oakville not only provide receipts as I went the day before to the Upper Middle location (which has outstanding customer service), they also scan the packages into their system immediately. This UPS store is either scamming their customers or they employ individuals who are... Next thing you know no one has any idea of where your packages went or have any record of you even dropping it off. Stay clear of this UPS store! If you can, take the extra 5 minutes to go down to the Upper Middle Road location where they actually care about their customers with outstanding service and run a legitimate business.

Went in for a 2 page double sided print job today for 30 copies. Figured I would pay 10 to 15 cents per page...total cost was just over $20.00 dollars or 33 cents per page! Should’ve only printed a single copy and walked to the convenience store a few units down to finish the job. At least I could’ve gotten a few snacks for the same price! The gentleman who helped me was about as warm as a frozen potato, but the lady with the lovely hair colour did make me smile when she realized her male colleague was unresponsive in my attempt to be pleasant. Stay clear of this place or only deal with the lady with the lovely hair colour.

Horrible customer service. Called in today and spoke to the most rude customer service rep who refused to help. RE: go figure. I only called in on three separate occasions regarding my package. I rented a PO box here, called in to ask if there was anything since my tracking showed that it had arrived. Called in to ask since I've received no email. The rep was quick to respond its not here. wait till monday" then hangs up. Doesn't even bother to ask for my box number
