I absolutely love the Toronto Hawks soccer club! From the moment I joined, I felt like I was part of a warm and welcoming family. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the coaches are some of the most talented and dedicated individuals I have ever met. They truly care about each and every player and are committed to helping us reach our full potential. The club provides a fantastic environment for learning and growth, both on and off the field. Thanks to the Toronto Hawks, I've not only improved my soccer skills but also developed valuable life skills like teamwork and leadership. I highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and inspiring soccer community.

When someone invest their time and money into a program, they should expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Toronto Hawks did not meet these expectations

I had previously availed their services for my daughter prior to the onset of the COVID pandemic, and our experience with them was exceptionally positive. Building on this favorable encounter, I decided to enroll my son with them this year. However, upon the commencement of the first session, I made several attempts to acquire information from the on-field staff but received no response. Consequently, I took the initiative to email them, providing my feedback and requesting the necessary information. Although I eventually obtained the required details by the end of the session, I refrained from notifying them via email. To my surprise, the following day, I received a response stating that they were dissatisfied with my interaction and would issue a refund, suggesting that I seek alternatives elsewhere. Subsequently, I attempted to contact them via phone, but no one answered. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I received a call back from their manager, Aref Gheiratian. Aref exhibited a highly aggressive and intimidating demeanor, labeling me as a troublemaker and an ungrateful parent. His tone and refusal to listen were both concerning. Despite my best efforts to communicate effectively, he persisted in articulating our alleged ingratitude and even made disparaging remarks such as we are the soccer club

My kid is attending the Toronto Hawks Soccer Club programs (Summer & Indoor) for the last one and half year. His growth as player has been great so far. I would say he has better understanding of the game and developed skills needed to grow as a good player. His Coach Mr. Aref Gheiratian has been a tremendous support for developing required skills. He knows how to train the kids exceptionally well, has been a great support as a soccer coach. I would definitely recommend them to parents who wants kids to have good understanding of the soccer game and develop skills needed to be a good soccer player.

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Toronto Hawks! My 8-year-old daughter learned not only the technique but also game strategy. I could see the big difference from the time she started and the end of the season. When she started she was just chasing the ball and getting exhausted from all the running. By the end of the season, I could see she was always thinking during the game, looking at how it was playing out, what the other players were doing, and how best to position herself. The coaches were so good with kids, they were very patient, and funny so the kids were always laughing and smiling. I highly recommend this group.

Welcoming club and nice environment. Coaches are doing a very good job for outdoor and indoor.My kids are enjoying their time there.

We joined the hawks team as recommended to us by another parent and we are glad that we did. My son had a blast and always excited to go to his sessions. Coaches are kind and motivating the players. Also, customer service was prompt in responding to our request and accommodating. Overall, sessions going from mid June to almost end of August for twice a week was a great deal for your bucks as parent and something to look forward to each week for your soccer loving kid.

As a parent, I had high hopes for the program based on positive reviews and a previous satisfactory experience. However, this year's encounter has been nothing short of a complete letdown.Firstly, the management and communication within the organization were severely lacking. When I reached out via email to seek clarification on procedures, I received a dismissive response suggesting a refund if I was dissatisfied. This demonstrated a complete disregard for addressing my concerns and resolving the issue at hand.To make matters worse, a person named Aref, whom I spoke with on the phone, displayed an appalling level of unprofessionalism. He not only raised his voice and interrupted our conversation but also went as far as to arrogantly assert that their organization is superior, while demeaning me as an ungrateful individual. The most shocking part was when he mentioned how they run a million-dollar business" and belittled the importance of my payment

very rude and unprofessional behaviour of this school. your kids will learn nothing except wasting energy or going into depression for performing poorly because there is no proper coaching or no time given to students needs or training. Not recommended.

What is advertised as paid coaching" is actually a group of high school kids who have no idea what they are doing. The practices are repeatitive
