My sister put a deposit for a new lawn and only to find out that Andrew broke the contract and didn’t show up as scheduled. No communication or follow up was done. They were left waiting for a call even if it’s to reschedule. So apparently, this business owner decides whenever he wants to come get the job done and very inconsiderate of your time. My sister requested for a refund and is taking their time to get back to you. Beware of this company and always check Better Business Bureau if they are legit. This was a scam and a waste of time. Find a well known reputable company that honors the contract.

Although I am late with this review, I nonetheless share it enthusiastically. Conor and his team tirelessly worked for the better part of three days on a rather challenging and sizable portion of my lawn. It was awkwardly shaped and far from flat yet the work as completed was excellent and, many weeks later now, having followed the useful instructions on sod care provided on their website, the sod seems to have taken very well to its new home. The overall visual improvement to my property is quite obvious, including to many who have walked by and generously shared their admiring views. I will not hesitate to use New Lawn again, should the need arise, and would freely recommend the company to my any friend who might find themselves in similar need.

I life in a prosperous neighbourhood in Ottawa. Two families in the neighbourhood have trusted New Lawn Ottawa with enhancing the curb appeal of their homes. The crew is professional - they worked quickly and diligently to install perfect lawns at both households. One household has gone through an entire year with their new lawn and the grass is perfect: no weeds - just perfect green grass. I have had my lawn for 2 months now. I followed the handy watering guide provided by New Lawn Ottawa and the lawn took in about 2 weeks. The lawn looks spectacular and passersby regularly congratulate me on choosing to have a new lawn installed. At my house as well - nothing but beautiful, thick green grass (no weeds, no seams).

New Lawn was very upfront with pricing, process and timing. Very genuine staff made this a breeze. We've been recommending them for over a year. Thanks again guys.

I was disgusted with this company. I was interested in paying for services from New Lawn and quickly found out that the staff often go unpaid. A close family friend of mine had grass put down on their lawn. And overheard multiple employees concerned about wether or not they would see their paychecks. I spoke with some of the staff and they expressed how many people have come and gone from the business due to not being paid.This company often fires their employees shortly after they provide labor and do not ever pay them. I would never want to receive services from a place that tries to profit from free labor. As I never requested services I did not waste my money and contribute to free labor. But i truly hope this place gets audited. As these young men and women work very hard and shouldn't have to chase their employer for their pay.

New Lawn did a great job re-sodding our lawn. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and the work was performed within a short time period from then. The workers were thorough and careful, including cleaning up completely before leaving. Our lawn looks beautiful!

I had signed a contract and paid a deposit for a may 7th sod install. Had zero communication up until today (despite my repeated voicemails/emails). Have finally been told I'll receive a refund. I would have been very understanding had there been a health emergency or some other issue preventing the work but with zero communication it's hard to have sympathy. An auto reply on emails or updated voicemail message explaining the situation for example would have helped. Instead I am left with a mudpit of a backyard and feeling of being scammed.

The new front lawn looks great. Work was completed promptly and to good standards. Quality of new grass was exceptional. Job site was left clean and tidy. I would do business with New Lawn Ottawa again when required.

My experience was very positive overall. Connor presented himself very well, professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and reliable and completed the work in the time quoted. Further to that we had a couple of patches that didn't take well and after a call to let them know Connor had someone out quickly to replace the sod that hadn't taken. Overall I would definitely recommend New Lawn.

We were totally impressed with the fantastic job that New Lawn Ottawa did for us . They were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all the lawn looked absolutely beautiful.
