Went here after seeing a mutual friend post about it. I was not living in Niagara for a few years and when I moved back I struggled to find a reputable hair stylist. My initial visit was OK.. a few hiccups ..my stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and failed to put purple underneath my hair. The stylist then apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to comp the same colour for my next visit. So fast foward and I book months later, 2 months in advance bc I know they fill spots quickly. I show up to my appt looking forward to getting my hair done for the first time in months. To my surprise no one was in the shop doors locked, no one answering the phone when I call to inquire...I don't live in town and am amazed no one would call to inform me my appt had been cancelled or emergency situation had come up. This was also during their regular scheduld hours posted online. The owner leaves me a vm next day to say said stylist I booked with no longer works there and she's sorry that said stylist didn't call me to inform me. I'm sorry but taking some responsibility would also have been nice. I will not be booking with this salon in the future or said stylist to say the least. Terrible customer service.

I received PMU (micro blading) service with Jade. She has set the bar for customer service and work for mircroblading so high , it’s hard not to gatekeep. During my sessions , I felt like I was catching up with a friend while getting one the best services I have ever received done. Worth the drive. Can’t wait to come back for my touch up!

If I could give 10 stars I would ! Not only is Nat incredibly talented.. she makes you feel sooo comfortable and at home in the chair ! Natalie, Cristina and Anthony are all such talented stylists ! And so warm and welcoming to boot! 100/10 recommend! You will not regret it ❤️ my drab covid hair finally has life again!

I've done my brows with Jade a couple of times. She's excellent: extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and professional. She really values keeping up her skills & prioritizes client care.Other people I've come across there are always welcoming & so hype, it makes you smile!

BEST IN NIAGARA!The staff at Little Shop of Beauty is honestly amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming to me! they made it so easy to walk through the covid 19 procedures when I came in and made you feel safe during these interesting times. Also they are making sure the stations are clean and overly clean after a client has come in. There are no ands, if's or buts this is quite possibly the best hair salon I have ever been in! They make you feel welcome, safe and feeling great after a fresh cut and styling! Highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking!

Natalie is amazing at what she does. I've been coming to this shop for a few years now and always have amazing times in the shop. Natalie takes pride in her work and is very thorough with her hair cuts. I love the wash before the cut and the nice styling after!

Natalie is such a talented individual behind the chair! Each appointment I’ve had with her has exceeded my expectations upon leaving her salon. Highly recommend!!!

What is not to love about this gorgeous glowing salon ! It’s a safe space for all welcome judgement free with the most compassionate kind staff who help you slay your hair goals better than imagined . The owner herself is there all day everyday making sure everyone is happy and feels at home . The salon is spotless , how they keep a white floor glowing is stunning . The plants are so lively and a breathe of fresh air. What more can you ask for, beautiful clean space, warm hearted gleaming staff and supporting local ♥️
