Stuff are all patient and nice, but I think the site is understaffed, so sometimes the waiting time is around 1 hour without appointment. So definitely recommend to book in ahead

Need to get more organized, what is the point of an appointment time if you don’t follow them! Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. Waited 50mins in that time they took 3+ walk ins? Doesn’t make sense to me poorly managed place would hate to see the place at a busy time! Staff are polite but need to figure things out!

The experience was smooth and perfect. The staff were polite and friendly. It took me 5 minutes to register and get my test done. (The wait time and the overall time might depend on the test prescribed).The place was clean and neatly maintained. Overall, I had a great experience.

I was sent yesterday for blood work , the staff were nice despite being super busy , I had to wait a little over 1 and half hour because my file was dropped under the table , but other than that the portugués speaking lady and the others were super nice and were joking around .

One of the worst experiences during a routine lab visit. The receptionist lady doesn’t know how to check an email or work a computer. I was told to send my requisition by email multiple times and was told it was not received. After 5 tries and an hour of waiting I finally asked another staff member for help and turns out all my emails had gone through but the receptionist didn’t know how to look for it. Extremely rude and incompetent staff overall!

This is the worst lifelab location. I had an appointment and they took a few walk-ins before me and there was a delay of service. The washroom on the floor was the most disgusting washroom i have ever had to use, had no soap and no toilet paper so i had to run to another floor to give the sample. It’s the nearest location to me but I am never going there ever again. Staff was polite though

I have just been at this location today and have a few words to say.First, thank you to all amazing staff working there! Great, knowledgable and respectful! I came without an appt and was invited to do my blood tests within 20 mins. I didn’t remember the name of the person who did my blood work but it’s the first time in two years I’m not going to have a bruise on my arm although I’m often told my veins are not easy “to catch” and you did just great!Secondly, I gave 4 of 5 stars just “thanks to” the look of the place. It definitely needs some renovation and I feel so bad for this amazing staff that they have to work in such conditions. Please, LifeLabs management !!! do something, add some shelves so they wouldn’t need to stack the boxes with what they need for work on the floor cause the rooms are so tiny already and please at least paint the walls cause there are holes in them already! Please make this place nicer for these amazing people to come back to work every day and for us, your clients, to feel more comfortable

This location is super busy and ill-equipped and too disorganized to handle volume. The staff do try to be nice but for some reason take 7-8 minutes to register each patient. Also, the person doing the registering is often distracted. I was 4th in line but left after waiting 25 minutes, despite being the next up in line. I had overheard someone who had just been called up, say he’d been waiting for almost 2 hours. On the whiteboard the wait time indicated fluctuated between 20-35. That’s not close to being accurate! I went to another location where staff took 2 minutes to register me. The staff here are nice and speak Portuguese to serve their community but need better computer skills.

I went in the early morning to submit my blood sample. The reception was nearly empty, the receptionist was friendly and quickly registered me.My sample was taken quickly by nurse and she made sure I felt comfortable.
