I would go out of my way to buy a vehicle from this dealership. In short, I was stranded with my broke down truck and the general manager went out of his way to get me back on the road so I could get home. He even stayed after closing hours to help me out. Not many businesses operate with this type of compassion. Thanks Chrysler Dodge , you are absolutely amazing!

Just signed the papers for a new vehicle. Customer service was amazing and every single person made us feel incredibly welcomed. We didn’t feel like we were an inconvenience at all! The vehicle was perfect and ready to go much sooner than we anticipated. We will be back:)

I used to be at a different dealership but decided to try this one. What a great choice. I got the appointment time and day that worked best for me. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and a very happy atmosphere. During my oil change and safety checks I was kept informed and made sure was not left to wonder. Definitely returning on a regular basis and if your dissatisfied with your current place or not give this one a try you won't be disappointed.

Very responsive to consumer requests and concerns. They will do their best to fix your vehicle within a timely manner. Their parts manager and Sales staff are also responsive to consumer requests. Just ask for help or advice.

Staff at the front desk and the shuttle driver were friendly and helpful.When I booked my appointment to have my winter tires put on, I asked for my wheels to be balanced as well.On the day of my appointment, they took 2 hrs and 45 min to put my 4 tires on which were already on rims and they didn’t even balance them for me.This was my first appointment at this location and I am sad to say that I won’t be returning.My tires were all installed properly and I am grateful for that. I was really hoping for a better experience.

Great customer service. I miss Fox Chrysler but I think most of the staff has moved over here. Like everything else prices have gone up.

If the option was available Owen Sound Chrysler would have been given a 10 star rating. Glad to see customer service is still alive in some businesses. Everyone was extremally helpful and courteous. Amanda and Rebecca the service advisers help make my visit a very peasant and knowable and kept me informed. The problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. the warranty process with Nation Wide went without a hitch. While waiting, I guess, I think I had a worried look on my face, because Todd Harris the service manger came over to let me know what was happening and approximately how much longer it should take to finish. I could stop looking at my watch and relax.All in all I left there feeling like their goal was to make my visit as comfortable as possible and they passed with flying colors.Thank you so much and please know i would recommend your service department without any reservations.Martin Hicks.

Took my vehicle in for brake work. They kept me posted on what was needed as far as parts go and were very polite and helpful. They did a thorough job of assessing the problems with the vehicle, and repaired it promptly. Special thanks to Derek Skene for ensuring that I had transportation while I waited.
