been here 10 years. New management is dishonest and nasty.I quoted a section of the rules I was given in 2105, so she just deleted them and emailed me the 'new' rules, rather than admit I was correct. Crime is nuts here and new management wont allow security system, Wendy just told me she thinks cameras are useless" for security. Have caught her outright lying twice now to myself and a workers wife who also lives here. Tells me to "call the police" like it's the cops job to enforce minor park rules. (have not been allowed past locked gate to fix windows

Close to bus stop, quiet, well kept for an older mobile home park. Mature trees, close to mall. I really feel comfortable in this part of the city.

The people here are very unhappy. And nothing is being done. This whole park is 100% a money grab for lazy and dishonest management. Maybe Tennants should ban together and refuse to pay until the management stops shirking thier responsibilities.

The park here is nice and the neighbors are excellent. I would recommend that more equipment be added for the children as there is little to do for them in the large park. Currently there is a swing and a unlevel merry-go-round and a broken teeter totter.There has been new benches, tables and trash cans added which is great.Please let's do something for the children so they too can enjoy living here.

Some parts of it are peaceful but they don't like cats very much. They did have cat traps set up, but even animal services are refusing them now. Management does do everything they can to keep the trailer park cleaned up etc but they started these new rules where you can't have trampolines, hot tubs, fire pits, no unregistered vehicles are allowed even if you own the place. They have their ups and Downs for sure.

. New owner came in as I came in .... Besides all the big dogs in park , there is no issue.. Now Lot fee increased $50.00 . They say the whole trailer park uses double the amount of water .. Ok . Now we will be paying our own water bill ( which is fine ) but the lot rent that reflects PAID utilities will not be changed. Does not seem fair. Way over priced for beat down park . Make us pay our water and drop let fees makes sense , rise lot fee and add water bill does not make sense for tenants . For owners pocket maybe .

This is in my Opinion the best park in red deer and here is why.The crime is low or next to none in this area, staff and residents are watchful and police respond to this area as we're close to schools and a firehall.Lot fee is high enough to keep most rift raft out.You get your own yard unlike some of the parks.This is not a senior only communityYour allowed pets (with restrictions).New staff as of August 2018, very kind and personable, as well as gets things done.For example I was blowing a breaker they sent an electrical company out that day and replaced all the breakers in the main street box that were old.They do criminal record checks of all residents including renters, sublets ect, if you don't follow the rules you get evicted shortly after within a legal time frame and thus people are generally very respectful and it's a quiet area.We have 2 little parks and speed bumps in our community.Older homes but you see a couple each year get renovated or removed and replaced, so it's slowly getting upgraded.New fencing has been going in around the park and it feels and looks great, tall wood fencing.Has onsite trailer storage for 50$ a month.Actively hands out community notices and makes sure people are cleaning up after themselves.You will see some negative reviews about the managment and the changes below but that's because they don't want live by modern community standards that the managment is enforcing and ultimately evicting people that don't comply. One pet per house hold and dog must be under 12 inches tall, so all these people who have more pets then friends or family are upset.Also people wanted to store project" Cars and trucks on their driveways and lawns and they put an end to that so people are upset but really... Like build a garage then or rent one.Alot of people don't understand that they are leasing the land and in very close proximity to their neighbours so they have to abide by the managment rules in order to keep things looking good and running smoothly.I wish the water bill was separate as I'm sure some people are using tons of water and I'm paying for it... Also there are the odd neighbours that have to many vehicles or people living in their place and a couple homes you can see are in need of some TLC but this is an affordable community and looks as well as feels great for what it is.Bought here in September 2018 and am quite happy."

Do not recommend . fees increase every year . moved because it made sense . now looking for land. With lot fees creepin close to 800 this november. Had a Young couple with full asking price in cash (over 20k)and working full time did not get approved . heads up to anyone about to sell . get buyers to apply before you accept a offer . get on wendys good side if not . good luck

Cant believe how crooked these people are saying tenants are using to much water that might be true for some.but not for all....have they even checked of pipes are leaking ? Thats prob a big part as to why going through so much water...how old are those pipes? Why should a Single person pay same amount as a family of 2 3 4 or 5? Ridiculous
