I wish I could give Devon more stars, he's incredible! He was very attentive and aware our our needs, and very patient with us. He was always communicating with us, keeping us up to date. Even pushing us when we needed a nudge. We never had to reach out to him. Always checking in to see how we are doing. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in way we non-realtors would understand. Devon is the best realtor we have ever used. He is very enthusiastic, meticulous and knowledgeable, even in the rural properties like we had, where you have to deal with things like septic systems, lagoons, wells, gardens and out buildings.
