Had an excellent experience. When we called they were able to come out at short notice. I would have understood if they took more time to come out as I should have booked earlier in the fall as I know they are extremely busy October - December.I have read some other comments and I would suggest that they book earlier in the season if they want a quick response.Thanks again to the friendly team at The Chimney Sweepers.

I am very pleased with the service provided by The Chimney Sweepers in Paris.They operate on a good old fashion principals, hard work and honesty. They sourced out a rare colour wood stove for me in less than 24 hours and in the next 48 hours the stove was installed. They came back twice to follow up on a chimney problem and did not charge extra...even though I am about an hour away. I would give them great reference, however please call instead of text or email..they always answer and return calls.

We were thrilled with the work completed by Paris Stoveworks, they came in and did as much work as they could and checked in regularly with us to come back and complete the remainder of the work that could only happen once the flooring was installed and grouted. Their price was fair and they explained our options very clearly. I have recommended them several times since.

Paris Stove Works & Chimney Cleaning
We purchased a wood stove and Clarence and Glen installed it. Installation was fine but they broke my 75 inch LED 4K smart TV. He apparently does not have any liability insurance that would cover the incident so I asked him for half of the cost to replace it. He said he would drop the money off. I have not heard from him since. Beware if he is doing work without having insurance!!

Clyde (new owner) and a team member of his installed our Alderlea T5 Pacific Energy wood stove in our 1800s farmhouse home - it's stunning. The place is a warm cozy home now where we went from 21.5 on average on oil heat to 27 minimum in our main room while the rest of the house is completely comfortable. Smooth install, done in two days and he's here for us when the tiling is done. Can't thank him enough! Excellent work!

I agree with Nikki. We had three appointments and a call back to change a date. They were no shows and no calls. They are a joke and as President of the Brantford Air Force club, I do a lot of recommendations for area services. This will not be one.

Unfortunately not a positive experience with this company. I was called 30 minutes prior to their arrival telling me they had to cancel my appointment. My subsequent appointment was also cancelled as well as the third. When I have called them, no one answers the phone and if you leave a message, no one calls back. The one time I was able to connect with an employee" and left my name and number

Used this company because they could get out quick and clean my chimney.Should of waited for the company I was originally referred to. All they tried to do is take advantage of my elderly parents and take more money from them. Never get my business again.
