Unreasonable and not personable at front desk (Apr 11/23 3:30PM) came from out of town …Also- Won’t provide a refund for unused account ….They say walk-ins are fine but when I tried this ... nobody there, place was NOT busy - they said 45 min wait ? What ?BEWARE

THE beds are dirty! Slimy from the previous person to tan in the beds. They don't disinfect properly. That is truly disgusting. When I pointed it to the staff they seemed to be unaware that desiese and parasites can transmit this way. Double eww! She actually asked if I wanted to start the tan over. No I want to go hone and get a refund. But no refund will be given to me I am told. So I will report them to the health and safety board. I have over 259 minutes I won't use and the owner won't refund!! STOLE MY MONEY PRETTY MUCH!!I see it's up for sale!!!! Hopefully new owner tears it out and puts anything else I. The spot. People don't trust tanning there anymore.Owner won't provide refund for dirty beds

Good for the casual drop in to keep my tan up.No other options in this small town.i don't find beds hot at all.I go to Fabutan in Calgary.If i go here for 12 min i can't do the same at Fabutan or i burn ever time.I've tried and tested.
