Got a quality sectional for a good price (considering the current economy) and had great service. The delivery date had to be delayed slightly due to very bad winter roads, but the situation was communicated effectively so an alternative date could be made. Love my item, and received great service.

Avoid-if you value customer service, professional staff, furniture that is not damaged on deliver then chose another furniture store. Staff un interested in helping and standing behind their products. Unprofessional delivery staff who couldn’t be bothered to try and help.

When shopping for a new couch I went here, to mattress King, and to the brick. Mattress King some of the furniture for sale was damaged, The Brick nobody came to talk to us until we had made up our minds to go back to Ashley. At Ashley's we got help as soon as we walked in the door, and our sales associate (GC) immediately asked us what were were looking for and showed us multiple options that suited our needs. We purchased the couch that ticked every single box, at a reasonable cost, and then financing was fast and easy to set up. One piece got back ordered so it took a little longer than planned but every time I called to check I was treated with respect and the same attentiveness as when I bought the couch. When it did arrive it was in pristine condition and assembled by their team and it is just what I wanted! thank you so much! I will be back for my next piece of furniture!

If you want Brick quality furniture for more money feel free to buy here. Couch didn't last more than 8 months. Very cheap quality for a high price.

Very happy with the service I got from Manny at Ashley furniture home store in Kamloops. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a couch back in January after Boxing Day. We found a couch we loved and had to order it in because of supply chain issues. Recently it arrived and when the movers came to move it in the house for us they were unable to get it in. They were willing to let me and my neighbour try ourselves. We were unsuccessful so we returned the couch and Manny was extremely helpful in working with us to get new smaller couches of the same material at a fair price considering what we paid in January. They stayed open to the closing bell to help us load up our new couches and we are very pleased with what we have now. Would recommend!!

We were immediately greeted by Raman upon entry to the store. The service was excellent and no pressure which we appreciated. We knew what we were after so we quickly obtained the quote and let them know we would be returning on Monday. When we returned Monday, again amazing customer service and a good overall wealth of product knowledge. We cant wait for our delivery. Good Work Everyone!

We bought a leather sofa 2 yrs ago we only had the sofa a short time when the colouring started coming off. So we contacted the store and they sent someone one. We also bought the extended Warranty,they will not cover it. The extended warranty is only for mechanical. What I am saying is do not buy extended warranty it’s a waste of money.

Very happy with the service provided at Ashley Homestore Kamloops. Had a difficult time getting our couch into our living room due to the dimensions of our entrances. The delivery guys were exceptional in staying calm and not making a big deal of the difficulties. Manager came out to the house and we made a plan together and eventually the couch made it in with no damage whatsoever. Couldn't be happier with the service and the experience in general. Will definately be going back to them in the future. Thanks!
