Recently bought a Nissan Murano and Evan was my salesman. I couldn’t have been more happier and satisfied with my purchase! Evan made it so easy, smooth and comfortable. Answered all my questions and just simply made my first time buying from a dealership, a breeze! Recently purchased a vehicle here and have nothing but great things to say. Evan was friendly, super helpful and made for a great, no pressure experience. The block heater was not yet installed in our car when we picked it up and Nissan made sure call us same day to make an appointment to get our vehicle in for the work right away. Everyone we have dealt with has great and we would recommend Nissan Okotoks to everyone.

Had my 300ZX Twin turbo car serviced there by the shop foreman Ken superior Knowledgeable Friendly guy also the entire staff lady in front and the service manager Jon also was a pleasant few trips there last season -:) cheers

Okotoks Nissan is the absolute best. They’ve got that small town feel, from friendly people to transparent sales methods, they don’t try that slimy stuff you get in the city. They’re open and honest about everything. I will tell all my friends to buy their vehicles from Okotoks Nissan. Summer, Miguel and Evan are all top notch folks and they truly care about their customers. Feels like you’re part of the family!

OUTSTANDING customer service from the service dept here!!! Jamie and Ken have been such a pleasure work with, both ensuring my experience exceeded expectations. They both went above and beyond! In a time when customer service seems lacking....Okotoks Nissan has proven that with the right people, customer service is still alive and well! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I purchased a Sentra from Red Deer Nissan and I'm missing the key for the lock lug nut. I contacted Nissan Canada and was told any dealership would be able to help me out. As I didn't purchase from Okotoks Nissan I was expected to pay for this service. Won't be bothering to use them for service or purchasing vehicles as they are obviously not very customer orientated which is too bad as we do live in Okotoks. They were polite on the phone though.
