Staff don’t have any desire to be friendly to customers, they leave the counter unattended for long durations of time paying no attention to the line up of people.VERY unprofessional and arrogant.Food is always half fast done and slightly warm to the touch.The only plus is their lobby is always clean because no one is ever there.Someone should hire a manager who actually cares to have staff with a great moral and a great customer service restaurant, after all we the paying customers are spending our money for the food/drinks and staff wages.

Food was good but not before a rediculously long wait. I'm not sure what sort of service platform they are using but it's something to be seen! Employees spent most of their time staring up at monitors and while people wait in line for long periods for no apparent reason. All the customers in line were pretty frustrated. The day I was in there were quite a few street people sleeping in the dining area. Over all a pretty pretty negative experience.

My family and I went into the restaurant today to get dinner. We waited for 20min and noone was served in this time. All the focus was at the drive through. They left 2 other families ahead of us un served. I asked if they were serving the counter and didn't really get an answer.

We went in because we had two separate orders. Was that a bad idea. 7 people working. One lady lady upfront taking orders. It's took 45 minutes to get two burgers togo. Sorry Wendy, your food is good. You need to work on better service. Won't be back

The employees are always very friendly and courteous despite how overworked they are. Obvious staffing issues make me wonder how well this location is managed? It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get food through your drive thru every day HOURS past the lunch rush. Ridiculous. Best fast food burgers in town besides triple O's, but who has the time to wait? Don't support poor business practise and poorer wages

This location has really gone downhill the past 3 to 4 months. I used to be a regular, going through the drive-through within 5 to 10 minutes, getting a great meal with prompt and friendly service. I have tried twice in the past week to give them my patronage, but the last time I spent 30 minutes in the drive-through, 10 of which sitting at the kiosk after being told they would be right with me. I drove away without even placing my order. I had a similar experience earlier in the week where I waited a full 20 minutes in the drive-through before pulling out and going for a bit of a drive so the lineup could thin out, then coming back to another 3-car 15 minute wait (and nothing more than a Hi." from the guy on the mic) - and then when I got home with my food

I understand they have a lot to deal with in the neighborhood their in.That doesn't mean they need to mistreat everyone . Ignore us for 5 minutes. ThenAsk if we are buying anything. Before using of the bathroomThen tell us how fast we should be in the bathroom.FYI the women's bathroom door was actually kept open by the garbage can.After done with the bathroom. They wouldn't take our order .I'm not going back here.There's like 6 staff . Three on French fries station.

Quality of food is garbage. Bacon Portobello Mushroom Melt. Basically no mushrooms, and if they were portobello, would have to be the smallest, saddest excuse for a portobello I have ever seen.

I absolutely love Wendy's. It's always been a family favorite treat. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious, I also love the options of sides; instead of french fries.

They are amazing job on the breakfast. They are one of my favourites love going out there to get my breakfast and go to my program. They are so good and delicious. I gave them 12 stars please spend some love and enjoy Wendy’s breakfast.
