We have been ordering from them for over 20 years. We decided to buy a meat grinder to upgrade our existing one. Brought it home and tried to fine grind pre course ground meat to make sausage and the grinder did not work. Brought it back and wanted our money back. They charged us 20% restocking fee. There was no posted policy in store or on receipt about a restocking fee. The grinder was almost $1000 so out a lot of money for a faulty machine. Buyer beware, won't be back.

This shop specializes in selling sausage casings, some tools, spices, and smoked materials. If someone wants to make their own sausages, you can buy any tools you need in this shop.

I have been purchasing my sausage making supplies and equipment from Stuffers Supply since the early 1990’s. I have always found the owners and staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The fresh casings are always of top quality. What I find especially impressive is the hygienic and sanitary condition the places always seems be kept in.

I've been buying products from them for over 10 years now. But there seems to be some staff less committed to customer service. The last 2 visits i made left me a bit frustrated and disappointed.My last visit I decided to purchase a hand mixer for $275.After payment it was promptly disclosed that under no circumstances should the mixer ever come back to them for warranty. Doesn't give you much of confidence in there products and service when they disclose this type of info after payment !The previous trip i was looking for a sausage binder, which they didn't carry but the competition in Edmonton does. Instead of offering some alternatives and discussing what I was trying to accomplish, they just said they did not sell it !I ended up doing some quick research and finding an alternative online. So if you go there knowing what you want and need, they will probably have it.If you're expecting some friendly guidance, knowledge and after sales service that seems to be more difficult to come by these days!In my mind if I walk into a storefront retailer where you typically pay a small premium for products that include some advice or knowledge then the staff should be trained to provide that.Otherwise we might as well shop online!Update!!Reno followed up to address my concerns and was very helpful! If you're not getting the information you need ask for him or someone more knowledgeable!
