This is the best tim hortons in the city! The employees are incredibly polite, they are always smiling which just makes the day go so much better. The coffee is always made perfectly (my husband and myself have told people we have never gotten a bad coffee at this location) I will go out of my way to stop here.

Used to be my go-to DoorDash order during covid with a newborn, but haven't been able to order food for delivery in months, only coffee. Super disappointing.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and wedges. They didn't have anything cooked at the time and told me to get something else. I also had a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was just a strawberry lemonade drink from costco with slush base. Instead of potato wedges I had a choice of a donut, cookies, or a muffin. That was also out in the open next to the windowI was rather dissatisfied with the service and food there.

The staff at this location are very friendly and super efficient! The lineups move very quickly and I've never had a problem with my order. I am now a regular!

Best Tim’s in the city by far! Always consistent with delicious perfection, very pleasant, and super quick. A satisfying daily stop for me.

Excellent location. My friend and I went here for breakfast during our stay. Is definitely convenient as it is walking distance from the hotels and airport. The staff were very friendly

Very busy store on the TCH! Coffee was great, breakfast sandwiches were not hot. Need more staff as wait time was 20 minutes! Yes, I do understand about the social distancing as well. We will still be back! You All did what you could and everyone does appreciate front line workers!

It is tim hortans. Overpriced/processed foods and their portions shrink with the inflation of price. You get less than what you pay for yet we for some reason follow a pattern of going back. Like one major negative is the soup and chili, it comes in bags and just get heated up and put it a small serving bowl with only half buns now for even more money! Like for something like that why is it an hours of hard labor's pay for a mouthful of bagged gunk which somehow still tastes alright.

Had my very first Tim hortons here and I became a fan immediately… missing 1 star as the staff serving weren’t nice at all . Have been to other tim hortons since I’ve arrived and they’ve all be A1 …

Nice store, very clean and friendly staff. But getting your order right is something they don't have down pat yet. Got wrong order both times in 2 days. I drink tea, I get a coffee everytime. Had a bagel extra toasted with butter, not toasted, no butter. Always go to drive through and ends up having to go in all the time. Never even as much as offer a free tea. Should get this place in line. It's not about how fast you can push someone out the door but the great service will always bring you back. Cheers
