Lloyd was very helpful and available to help me get a new furnace and AC unit that was within my budget. Only a few days later and Andrew and Jordan then spent the majority of the day working non-stop to complete the install within one day!

Great job. Quick and knowledgeable service tech.Trustworthy - sale rep advised me NOT to renew my furnace and just get it serviced instead, which I did. A 1st for me here in Canada.Tip. If you’re going to get your furnace and a/c system checked annually, buy the monthly service plan. It’s worth it.Would I recommend this company? Absolutely. And I’m as cynical as they come when it comes to this sort of thing.Just saying…

They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and worked creatively to ensure the unit was placed where we needed it. The salesman (Rene) was thorough regarding the advantages of their furnaces, optional additions such as humidifier, and up-front pricing.The installation team (Andrew and Francesco) managed the installation despite a very tight fit, were respectful in cleaning up afterwards, and explained what they had done and how to use it.I would recommend this business for furnace replacement.

Of course our air conditioning went out over the holiday but the Canadian HVAC folks were all committed to getting us back up and running ASAP. Lloyd reached out quickly and came by the same day to provide details on replacements and booked us for an install the very next day. Andrew and Francesco were here bright and early and had us up and running on the new condenser and coil in just under four hours. We have had the monthly maintenance coverage for a number of years and have benefitted three times now from this company's commitment and responsiveness.

Our 3year old AC unit stop pushing out cold air in a heat wave. I called Canadian Heating and Air Conditioning and they got here in 45 minutes. Jordan the tech was amazing and fixed it within 15 minutes. It’s worth having a service maintenance contract. Highly recommended!

Top notch from start to finish. Met with René Tuesday, compared to two other proposals, and made the decision on Wednesday. René came back Wednesday evening to facilitate a quick install, and explained what would be happening. Technician Andrew was at our door early Thursday morning, introduced himself and his assistant, rolled out protective carpets and went to work. Professional, friendly, kept us informed, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Lloyd came by and gave me a quote to install my AC unit, he was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Andrew and Francesco were here the next morning to do the install. Andrew was also very friendly and transparent about cost. They got the job done and we’re very happy!
