Not happy with the service I received from calling the 1800 number today.I am a new joint account holder with my husband and was trying to log in for the first time. I got the password right but was messing up the security question.I explain to the rep that answered that I was checking in for the first time. I completely understand that security is important but other than general questions about who is on the account I was getting her questions wrong mostly because they had to do with my husband and NOT me.You could tell she was getting frustrated with me and just cut me off and told me she was transferring me to my branch. As I said , I could tell she was irritated which in turn made me frustrated.This is supposed to be a joint account not just about my husband.why did she not ask me personal security question.....The last question she asked me I did get right ( I later confirmed with my spouse) but stumbled my words and she still made the process longer/ annoying by transferring me instead of just helping me.Ashley at the Sarnia store turned everything around and was completely professional and helpful.Poor 1800 service . Excellent Sarnia store service.

Why do your ATMs never work? Like honestly can't you just keep things maintained?
