I spoke with a young lady regarding an Estate Account for my deceased grandmother. She handled everything perfectly. Even offering to come to my home if it would make things easier. Ultimately she didn’t have to. I went to her after having a short video chat. The document was Notarized and she even stamped her name as a Witness. She rocked the Notary Public like she was in Guns ‘n Roses!Her handwriting is absolutely flawless, elegant and beautiful.Everything about my experience with Chen Chen Tan in Guelph was perfect.

Booked a last-minute appointment based on online availability two hours before appointment time. Showed up and no one was home, waited about 30 minutes and was on my way home when I got the call. She apologized but I still paid full price (43$ with tax) for one document to be signed and stamped. It was a two minute appointment, but an hour of me waiting and driving time. She also didn’t have access to a scanner (to scan the signed document to me) which surprised me for a paralegal office. Hopefully her future availability is updated accordingly to prevent this from happening again.

Honestly, I thought it was more complicated than what is actually is. I like how it was easy to send them a message just to confirm they were able to notarize my document. They clearly are a simple and legitamite notary service. I was suprised I could just book an appointment nearest to me all on my own. All I had to do after that was show up and get it notarized with my government ID. I would definitely make another appointment when needed. The price is also priced very well when you compare to what a lawyer might quote. Thank you again.Joe
