First time I’ve ever been, and I’ve heard so much hype from people (radio) etc. I don’t get it. $16+ for just a foot long steak n cheese. The bun was Betty Bread, so by the time I got home the whole thing was soaked & barely holding together. Overall the taste was bland.

Interesting looking building made me want to try this place. It was overpriced, the bread was soggy, the selection of toppings poor. The staff were nice but would not recommend. Make a sandwich at home and save your money.

The Hoagie House in Kingston, absolutely amazing. The prices are unbeatable for the quality of food you get. A family classic. The service is always friendly. Debit and cash are accepted for payment. Eleven options for your hoagie needs. The cheesesteak hoagie is a classic and is absolutely delicious and fills all cravings.

Can’t believe it’s been 10-12 years since my last trip to the Hoagie House. Not much has changed, the portions seem a bit smaller thought still filling and they actually accept debit/internet after being cash only for years and years.Worth a trip if you are craving that flattop cheesesteak experience.

Food: I've never gotten a bad hoagie at this house! They consistently serve quality food.Service: I always receive service with a smile, and you know your sandwich is made with loveAtmosphere: Not many places like this around anymore, definitely worth checking out

Really wanted to give this place a good review because I’ve heard so much about it and people rave about it from “back in the day”. However from the moment we walked through the door and said “hi!”, the older lady behind the counter gave us the worst attitude and customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. She was obviously very upset at someone or something and took it out on us at every interaction. She was so unbelievably rude and practically shouted at me for asking if the onions were cooked?? This experience alone will cause us to never return. And on top of that, the hoagie wasn’t even that good and it was really expensive.

We go here every time we are in Kingston and would always give the staff and food a 5 star. Today I wish I could give it zero stars. The older woman on shift was miserable...didn't wanna talk to us at all. Was rude and abrupt.Her coworker or owner came in and loudly the employee stated she wasn't feeling well ..had a terrible headache and was nauseous . We heard every word she said.This all happened why she was touching our food with bare hands .The food itself was disappointing. Potion of meat didn't seem as much as usual.Will I return..yes..because this was the first bad experience...and hope she has retired...as she did not look happy to be there
