I really was impressed with the customer service and the extra time that was spent making sure to get me into the right products. Great place to buy your next bike and parts!!! I have tried other shops in Spokane, this shop is by far the best one!!

This place hooked me up a sweet bike rental and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Also, they have a 24 lb. beast of a cat. It is a sight to behold.

I'm editing and adding to my previously writtenreview. We purchased my boys 4th bike from this shop and could not be happier. It's a chilly October and I could not get him off the bike when we got home.Thank you again Brenda, Scott, Mac, Landon and the rest of your staff for doing a great job with taking care of my family with the bikes and accessories.This store has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Brenda and all of the staff have been so incredibly awesome and helpful. In addition to the 4 bikes I have also purchased bike racks, helmets, gloves, riding glasses, riding gear and several other items. They are more than a bike store. They treat the customers with care. That's right! Real customer service". I have been an avid cyclist most of my life and can say this shop goes above and beyond when taking care of you. Another bike is in the near future."

Went in looking for a new bike for our son, ended up getting 2 for me and the wife as well. Great knowledgable staff. Everyone is friendly and eager to help you out. Highly recommend getting a bike here if you're in the market for one!

Just got my hardtail back from North Division Bicycle for a little service work and had to have a quick ride the same day of course. :-DThanks guys. :)Updated;More work with them for mine and my daughters trail bikes. Brenda and her crew are the best. They have a great selection of bikes, gear and accessories to fit any budget. Scott ensures service is fast, thorough and worth every penny. Bikes are returned to you quickly, clean and in perfect working order. North Division Bicycle is as local as it gets, supporting great events around Spokane, along with their organized rides. NDB should be your local bike shop.
