Bad service. No one has any idea how to provide customer service at all. Wanted to do a simple return and they couldn't even do that.GARY the MANAGER has not a clue what he is doing. Or how a store is to be run. Never shopping at staples again thank for nothing Gary!

Go here for the odd office supply and to recycle. You can bring batteries, toner, pens/writing utensils, etc through their partnership with TerraCycle. It's at the very back where the washrooms are.

Phoned Customer Service to inquire about a lost wallet; what I recieved was far from it. Went through automated phone service until I got patched thru, it rang, and rang..... And rang. Then automated voice told me they were busy, and to call back, do I did. This time it rang a few times, then someone lifted the recieved, and I was expecting to hear a greeting, but after a quick pause, I hear the recieved hang up! I don't know who is serviced by a silent answering of the call, just to be promptly hung up on! Again, without so much as a hello? Certainly, not this customer... Or should I say, former customer.

The staff can’t be bothered to help you at the print shop. I’ve Been to the market crossing location countless times and I was always able to get my prints and lamination done quickly. Sticking to the market location going forward.

Went there to buy an LG 32 monitor they advertised for $210. When I showed their sales rep a screenshot of the online ad he said he needed the item number. So I had to hook into their wifi lookup that ad again and search for the item number so that their sales rep would lookup the monitor. He wandered around and finally brought me to a display monitor and said that this was the monitor in the ad. I asked if there was any additional discount for being a display and he said he wasn't going to sell to me and walked off. This isn't the only instance of lousy service I have had with Staples this holiday season. If you enjoy being treated like trash Staples is your kind of place."

bad service.People works here just assume customers should know everything. When customers have any questions, they just have to put down their cell phone and act inpatient to fight for their rights to play cell phone.Moreover, when they help, they just want to convince you to give up.one star for the only girl who is working at the shipping counter, and a good location which is only a few minutes away from the staple in Richmond.

Poor customer service. I wanted to take a few copies of my document I asked the staff for help instead of helping me she attended to another customer and made me wait long. Only one of them was helpful and had helped me out with my printout the previous time I had gone.
