Owasco RV Centre

Was looking for a technician to service a dual axle boat trailer. Called and they said no problem. Took my dual axle trailer in. Was told a few days. Well it Took over two weeks to do bearings and brakes. They said they couldn’t find the parts due to it being a boat trailer ( well why say you can do it then?!) So I have the distributors contact info. They refused to use it. I was able to order all the parts that were needed and have them at my door in 3 days. When they did get the parts they were over 400% mark up then what I paid from the supplier. I showed the proof of how fast the parts were order and delivered and also price in hopes of working out a fair price. Service manager did nothing and again used the excuse they don’t do boat trailers and made it out like they were doing be a favour by taking it on. Awesome feeling when they say they don’t do boat trailers when you go and pick up your 80k+ boat that’s sitting on that trailer. Took the trailer to another service place to just get peace of mind job was done right……..surprise it wasn’t.Bottom line don’t say you can do work on something when you clearly can’t.Just to add - this review is for something done in the early fall of 2022

We had a horrible experience with the service at owasco rv.Booked an appointment for service in April 15th and I was clear that I would need the trailer for may 15th. But the trailer wasn't repaired. We ask if they would ship us the parts so we could have it fix under our own expense but they have refused.It has taken they over a month to return my email and still no solution has been offered.So disappointing I sure wish I had purchased my Jayco from another dealership.The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our trailer from OWASCO. All communication was great and storing it over the winter was helpful. Thank you Willem for helping us find our perfect trailer. We look forward to many summer memories.

Our family has rented from Owasco RV Centre twice now, this Summer and Last. It's been an amazing experience each time and the RV trips have become the highlight of our Summers. The staff at Owasco are amazing and the RVs are meticulous and very well maintained. We plan to go back again next year and every year we can moving forwards. We really can't say enough good things about the staff, the company and the rental experience. If you have rented RV's in the past, or are curious to try it for the first time, I wholeheartedly recommend you reach out to Owasco - you won't be disappointed.

It's been approximately 3 to 4 weeks since I have returned 1 of their 19 foot RV rentals. On my first day I reach my destination campsite I filled the freshwater and found out that there was a major leak. I headed back in to the nearest town to get a container to hold water, (20L bag). I also called Owasco, spoke with the same lady who did the initial walk around with me at the time of my departure. Anyways. I have had no management call me about this in regards to a an apology or refund of some sort. I have videos and pictures of this situation and I will be posting. I do not expect to here from them nor do I want to at this time. I will be posting on several media review sites with videos included and the the particular vehicle. This was a very expensive place to rent from and it was my first RV rental. I had to use expensive milage to get to and from the nearest town for this inconvenience. This was a time when the comfort stations were not fully up and running. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of courtesy in this manner. I hope you give this place a second thought before renting from them.I had a beautiful video of the entire leaking situation. Unfortunately no videos allowed on this site.Will find another platform to share my concerns and inform others to be aware of this poor service.Found a much nicer place with people that actually care about customer service. Shop around folks.

We had our trailer keys stolen from our car. Talked to Brock in parts department and he was able to get us a new set with 24 hrs. Our weekend at the trailer was saved thanks to this fantastic employee. Forever grateful Brock.

We just purchased a 2023 Jayco JayFlight through an outstanding salesman Geoff! He helped us find the exact trailer we required to suit our needs. We couldn't be happier! We'd also like to mention the attention to detail that was put in by the cleaning person! They made it that extra special with additional touches such as the folded toilet paper and the hearts on the bunks. The trailer is move in ready! Thank you Owasco!

We have had a great experience with this dealership! This is was our first RV ever so we didn’t know much about anything. Willem has been great to deal with as he helped us find the perfect trailer for our family. He advised us not only on what we needed but also what we didn’t need to save us money. The delivery was great too, Willem spent an hour with us going over all the things we would need to know. The best part is that even after the delivery Willem has been very quick to reply to emails, helping us understand our trailer even further. We’re very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Willem & Owasco.

Excellent location to purchase correct RV parts and accessories. A part person to look up when you need a RV accessory is Brock, he is very customer focus, friendly, cares about you, and actually is quick to get back to you.My resent experience dealing with Brock was awesome! I was amazed how quick he got back with answers and ultimately I made a large purchase as a result.
