They Installed my glass on the wrong side of the curb that keeps water in the shower. Now water leaks out onto the floor.( I specifically showed them where I wanted it installed so this wouldnt happen. The owner said and I quote I do about 50 quotes a day and can't be expected to remember everything. )The rubber seals on the hinges are bulging out from the hardware and look terrible.They didn't scribe the glass to the wall and shoved well over 1/4" of cloudy caulking to cover the gap.The side panel of glass beside the shower door has a 1/2" bow in the glass. They say that this is just the way glass comes now and they can't be expected to fix it.The glass door was installed too low to the floor so the door sweep binds on the floor so you can barely open the door and bends the glass from the amount of force you have to use while leaving marks on the tile.We also specifically asked for a frosted glass panel for our basement shower. The quote we signed off on had a note for clear as brian forgot that we wanted frosted. My bad I guess for not reading the quote in detail and signing off. Brian said it was my word against his and I couldn't prove I asked for frosted.Beware of this extremely rude and un professional company."
