The staff here are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. When I went in looking for a replacement part for one that had failed on my vehicle they understood that although it was minor it was still a very real and stressful situation for me (my drivers side wiper failed risking scratching my windshield) and they handled it gracefully with understanding of how stressful it was for me. Since then Bumper 2 Bumper has been my go to place for parts for my vehicle. I never had the silly girl doesn't know what she's talking about" attitude I've had at other places. So grateful to have them in town!"

Not disability friendly staff. If you are disabled or have a disabled person in your life you care about I'd recommend avoiding this location. I haven't been treated this poorly in years. My disability fluctuates and when I'm struggling I'm not on the ball. A staff member interrupted my request at the counter and lashed out at me... I look okay but have a hard time communicating at times. The other staff stood by and did nothing . I will never support this place again. I left without receiving the parts I needed, drove across the bridge and received outstanding care from another business. - I called Bumper to bumper to let them know and the manager was dismissive. Very disappointed not only in the staff that verbally attacked me but also the staff that watched as it happened.

I had a really great experience at Bumper to Bumper, got offered assistance as soon as I got in and was helped by a very polite and knowledgeable older gentleman. He helped me find some light bulbs for my car as well as a bunch of different wire I was looking for. They've got a good selection, fair prices, and bonus points for having a military discount. The store is clean, organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

The best automotive store in the valley. Friendly helpful staff, if they don't have it they will tell who does. They are knowledgeable about your automotive needs and the atmosphere is a positive upbeat one. I've never had a bad experience.

Car parts, tractor parts any parts!! and great prices beating Lordco, Napa and Canadian tire Geordie thanks man! the whole team but mainly your self have been a major help taking time/ patience to find odd parts for me. Iam looking forward to many more years of working together.
