Fantastic, prompt, and Professional service. I called to place an order and asked to design a bouquet however the florist liked, but stay within my price range. When I went to pick it up I was in awe at how beautiful the bouquet was, and the variety of colours, and species! Would definitely recommend. Best part - they're open til 7:30 which accommodated nicely with me getting off work and not having to rush.The photos do not do the bouquet justice as I don't know how to design one, but boy oh boy, I am SO happy with the quality!

Only giving 2 starts because they were able to do a same day delivery for me. But this is what $125 arrangement gets you (not including delivery and taxes), a few roses, lilies, alstromerias, gerberas and stocks. Don't know why baby's breath and leatherleaf greens were added to this already cheap looking design. Overall pretty disappointed with the design aspect, also didn't add recipients name to card when I specifically asked for it which was a great cherry on top. It's a tall arrangement but that's pretty much it.

Same day pick up for my Grandma’s flowers after her surgery. However, for the amount I would have wanted just some more flowers. Loved the friendly service and the patience while I coordinated for pick up. Thank you, grandma loved her flowers

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my dear uncle who passed away because I wasn’t able to attend the wake. I asked for pictures of the arrangement I ordered and confirmation of the delivery. Not a single response. I attempted to contact them twice about this and I got nothing. All my contact information was provided. The least they could’ve done was respond. It feels like I just gave them $120. I do not recommend this place

I'm in the UK, and needed to find a florist in the Hamilton Ontario area so I could send a friend some sympathy flowers. It's always one of those things, where you really need to have an open mind about reading reviews online when you don't know the businesses.I chose Kay's as they had a really nice selection of sympathy planters. I love flowers, but for sympathy occasions I do prefer planters. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful The FTD® Peace & Serenity™ Dishgarden" that I had chosen. The plants and flowers looked so beautiful
