Mull River Farm & Nature Centre

Fantastic little gem with great pastries, hot and cold drinks and friendly staff....lots to explore too!

My partner and I attended a foraging workshop at Mull River Farm this July. It's an absolutely beautiful space. There's a grassy spot in the woods to put up a tent if you stay overnight, healthy organic gardens, some hilarious goats to entertain you, and what must be the best secret river swimming hole in all of Nova Scotia.The MRF crew were a delight to spend a weekend with. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable but everything happened on time. Amazing vegetarian food, delicious coffee, and their very own chai latte recipe!We can't wait for the next MRF event we can use as an excuse to go back.

This farm is incredibly charming and the food and drink are sensational. We ate marvellous scones and lemon bars, and devoured two tofu, sweet potato, cucumber, lettuce and rice power bowls in a scintillating vinaigrette. Our iced coffees were also exceptional, and our kids enjoyed the chickens and goats. This was perhaps the best food we ate in Nova Scotia.
