Left a voicemail, fax and email. A week and a half later I still have not received any sort of reply. If theres no interest, a simple phone call or email would satisfy my expectations. Cannot comment on quality of practice as I never had the opportunity to speak with anyone.

I recently (January 2023) obtained a settlement following a car accident that occurred in June 2020. Carlo Tittarelli was my lawyer and didn't let me down. His assistant Daniela was very pleasant and efficient, which is important, you don't want to deal with someone who doesn't care. It isn't an easy process to file a claim against an insurance company, it's very hard in fact, but it can't be helped, those are the rules, you have to prove damages and you have to follow your lawyer's advice. At first I was reluctant to proceed, I waited several months before I decided to go through with my case. I was shattered by the accident and felt like giving up, but I'm certainly glad I didn't as the money will be useful to me, and I deserve it after what I went through. I highly recommend Mackesy Smye.

To anyone who has been injured in an MVA I highly recommend this law firm.Every single person I have talked to and met with have been outstanding. Just gonna start by i been using Alan Gordon just under 2 years for my accident and i just didnt feel like it was mutual respect and relationship between us. Front desk lady is rude... and my lawyer i felt like he never tried to work for my side.. even on meeting i felt like this lawyer is against me.. and one day i called and told him to give me copy of my file and move on... very slow service not answering my questions i was always confused with him and my case... i decided to get the case over his hands and move to nother company. I wouldn't recommend to no one this company or Alan Gordon... be careful i have kids and family... dont want to deal with stress then stay away from this company ive had my experience and wouldn't want anyone to deal with this bad experience ive had... they are rude. Dont appreciate u ive wasted my time. I wanted to review this company becuse i dont want anyone to experience same as i did.
