Extremely Helpful and they care for the whole family at once, I suppose to make sure all involved know where we all stand in the recovery process.

The staff and councellor's that work there are very nice. I like the relaxed feel of the office. I moved from.abbotsford last year and the office there is not very friendly.

My daughter got zero" help from this place. Met someone one time and they "passed the bucket". They didn't even put her on the waitlist. My daughter struggles with anxiety and depression."

Dr Oushun, Marketa and the staff are very wonderful and accommodating. I've had three theripasts since being here (some were students so inevitable change) and they were all great, empathetic and try their best to help you. You must be open to change too to get the most out of your consoling or therapy. The only psychiatrist I wouldn't reccomend is DR Ahmid(?)Omid(?), I'm sure he's great for some people but I didn't find him welcoming or helpful in my experience, he would just give me more medication after I would tell him my concerns. Where dr. Oushun listened to me and found a better fit for medication and therapy. But like I said, depends on the person and what suits them best.I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling. I've been here since 14 and now I'm 20 and recovered. Receptionist is friendly too.I know the waitlists are horrendously long but there is not enough theripasts and psychiatrists to keep up with the children/youth. I had seen the care teams here taking short breaks to squeeze in extra therapy times for kids.. they're trying their best and remember the fight is with the government, as mental health and the healthcare industry is underfunded... please be patient with them.Thank you for keeping me alive!

I realize that everybody's hand seem to be tied but when you're talking about a child with mental health issues the wait time for any kind of services is ridiculous
