I am less than impressed with this location. I don’t typically leave poor reviews on google, I usually give positive ones instead but I do feel that I should share our experience. We ordered a Toyota Tacoma Tonneau cover in the spring and requested installation. They took our deposit and booked an appointment. My husband called the day before to confirm and they said no they could not install due to staff issue. I was annoyed that they did not reach out to us and that WE had to contact them.Decided to give second chance with roof rack and canoe carrier. We ordered about a month ahead with deposit and made appointment for installation. The day before, again, my husband called to make sure all was good and they said yes. All good to go. On the way over to drop his truck off, he received a phone call to say “uh about that. We are missing a part”. ??? What??? They said they would see if they could get the part in and call him back. They never called him back and my husband had to follow up AGAIN!Terrible customer service, will never use this location again.

We have bought and dealt with Action for a long time but at Christmas time my son and his family came up from the states and forgot their key to their Tule box at home.The gentleman that helped my son at Action, said his guy at Tule was really good and would get back to him. The Tule gentleman rocked! Not only did he get back to my son right away, he drove in from Hamilton got the box open and left that key with our son and said he would order himself a new key because everyone was on a time crunch for the few days they were here.My son first called Heffner Motors and was just blown off. I told Chris to call Action and they didn't disappoint.Thank you to both of the men that helped our family with what could have been a tense few days.

Good products knowledgeable staff. In house brand is really nice

Broke a plastic buckle on my tunnel cover and needed some parts replaced. Other places didnt have what I needed. Action Car and Truck had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Beats buying a new cover for hundreds of dollars when you can just replace the parts for a still perfect tunnel cover.

I ordered floor liners and a trunk liner for my vehicle the first week of February. They told me my floor liners would come in about 1 week, and the trunk liner would be 3-5 weeks. The floor liners did come in within a week, but the store never called me to let me know it came in. I called them about 2 weeks after my purchase to see if they had been delivered - and they had. If I hadn't called, who knows how long I would have waited. As for the trunk liner, I still don't have it as of mid April. It's been about 10 weeks. No updates. When I called to inquire, they had told me that they would ask the manufacturer about my order for me and would call me back the next day... They never called back. I'm a pretty patient person but I'd assume waiting 10 weeks on your 3-5 week order would frustrate anyone. The workers seem genuinely nice, but perhaps it's a lack of organization/communication makes dealing with them difficult.

Got a wiring harness installed on my new Bronco. Excellent experience. They were quick , efficient and right on schedule. The technician was great. He took care to make sure the integrity of the vehicle's appearance and structure was 100% He recommended changes that both saved me money and improved on what I had planned. Will definitely do business here again. .

Excellent customer service.Issues with Curt Bluetooth brake trailer connectivity.Technicians inspected in their bay and found a fuse needed replacement in the truck.They replaced fuse and sent me on my way.......no charges.Will most definitely return and also highly recommend this business for your needs.Thanks to all

Professional and thorough, Shannon was wonderful help and thoughtful on all details; and a few I didn’t even consider. Ordered a truck cap with a few custom details I wanted-and a couple extra lol. Glad I made this shop my first stop to shop.

One horrible experience after another - first they improperly installed a hitch, then sold me a product that didn't match the listing and after all that when I tried to use the gift card they gave me to make up for the repeated screw-ups, lost my order for 5 weeks. I am done. Nothing but horrible service and apologies, but no effort take ownership. Never ever again will I deal with this joke of a company.

The experience from calling to get a quote through purchase and installation was stellar. I felt I was treated fairly by knowledgeable folks who the did what they promised to do at the price quoted in less time than promised.All in all a great experience.
