I had a completely terrible experience with purchasing a brand new vehicle with SMP Saskatoon dealership. I bought the car in January, and being that it was the middle of winter and I live over 6 hours away, I paid an additional $600 to have it shipped. Once they received payment(CASH, not financed.) Any form of customer service disappeared. I was told one day shipping, and it took three weeks! for my vehicle to arrive. I understand that when using a third party shipping company, that sometimes things are out of others control. However, this is the shipping company the dealership chooses to deal with. I did not even have the option to set up alternate shipping with a company of my choosing.I was told I would be provided with a tracking number, this did not happen. I had arranged for a certain dealership here in the city for the car to be delivered to. Again, this did not happen. They shipped it to a different dealership.The problems just kept on from there... Once the vehicle arrived, there was scratches underneath the front middle skirt. I was told the car was sold as is!!! Since when is a BRAND NEW, not USED vehicle sold AS IS?! completely disgusted by the lack of costumer service and support from GM. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to purchase vehicles from, as well as I will be very hesitant to purchase a GM vehicle in the future. Very unfortunate as my wife's family all own GM vehicles.lastly, when checking my spec sheet, I had noticed that there was a $500 engine cover option that was to be in my car. Guess what?! upon checking with my local dealership, what do we find? you guessed it, the $60 STOCK cover. Another phone call was made to SMP, and they did ship the $500 cover to me. Very shady SMP! Speaking on Victoria branch, they are the sleaziest of all the scummy users car salesman I've dealt with.

Tower Chrysler makes this whole enterprise look like a bunch of frauds. Expect nothing to be honest from these liars, they'll only disclose details late into the buying process, if at all, lie about the vehicle history, your roadside assistance when stuck, the coverage they fraudulently tack on after lying about coverage and forcing you to sign off on documents they never provide in the final package for your own records, and then claim your 4 year warranties expired after only 3 years of ownership... Not to mention advising customers to drive in from out of town on a dangerously leaking tire, only to try and gouge them on service with a quote 40% higher than those same tires form a reputable shop. They obviously don't care about their customers or quality of service, don't trust AutoCanada with anything.
