Colin Ingleson & his service were amazing!! He showed up on time & completed the service with attention to detail & care.We had all the ducts cleaned, along with bathroom & dryer vents!! They all looked brand new after the service.I loved seeing the before/after pictures.I would recommend Colin & Modern Purair!!

He kept good communication and was even able to come earlier than scheduled, he got the job done efficiently and helped give us the peace of mind knowing we don't have any more potentially hazardous blockages in our vents. Richard is very professional and helpful. I had duct and vents,exhausts and dryer vent cleaned for the whole house. In almost a week from the cleaning he was very nice to come and and suggest on other concerns around home concerning air and smell. He has given lots of helpful information and connected me with other professionals for the consultation on the other concerns I had around my new house. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Colin was very professional, restored air flow to one of the bedrooms that had almost no flow to it. He also cleaned the vent in the bathroom that was concerning me with the amount of dust build up. He was very transparent with everything that was done. Would definitely use this company again in the future

Richard cleaned the dryer vent in the house and even hooked the dryer back up to make sure everything was clear and working normally before he left. He is very professional, and efficient, great job done!

Collin was great, very professional and polite. He did great work and walked us through the whole process and showed us pictures of the before and after which makes you wonder why we didn’t do this years ago. We were very impressed with the services we received in our home today. Colin was very professional and nice to deal with today. He took time to explain what he was doing and we felt he was respectful of our home. He vacuumed when done and left our floors and home tidy.
