Dr Maha Hadi is amazing. Quick to get an appointment and always there to help me with my medical concerns. There is a pharmacy that is directly connected to the health clinic and they too are really nice and their dispensing fees are very reasonable.Also there is a receptionist who was sitting on the far right side who was great as well.

Pharmacy is excellent, doctors there are very good. Physiotherapy clinic is excellent with all her employees.The reason why I am giving 1 Star is bacause of the very very bad service of the receptionist at the clinic. They never never pick the phone which is horrible.Sometimes they pick the phone and don't talk. I can just hear the music or someone typing.They keep arguing when I try to book an appointment with Dr Hadi my family doctor.Receptionist are not professional at all!

My family and I have been patients of Dr Khan’s for 24 years! Dr Khan is an amazing family doctor. Always available for her patients when health issues arise. She is patient and kind. I never feel rushed or pressured by a clock during an appointment. The staff at the clinic are also fantastic, specifically Alana and Sookie. Thank you.

This one star review is for a male nurse with tattoo on his arm. The nurse took my urine sample during the visit, and diagnosed me with diabetes. FYI. A nurse is not supposed to diagnose. It’s doctors job.The conversation went like this. Nurse:“ There’s a lot of protein in your urine sample, which indicate that you might have diabetes. Your blood pressure is low, which match the symptoms of diabetes.” Me:” My blood pressure and blood sugar are naturally low.” Nurse:” There’s no point denying me. You need to mention you might have diabetes to your doctor.”As a matter of fact, all the result came back normal, and the reason for “protein in urine” was because I was there for an early morning appointment and didn’t have time to drink water before the visit.If you don’t want an unqualified nurse to arbitrarily diagnose you with diabetes and gives you unnecessary pressure, stay away from that one.

I have been with Dr Shaheen Manzoor since 2014. She is an amazing professional. She has empathy with the patient,very patience, humble , listen and resolve all your problemas. She is always for you. The receptionist named Suki, Alana and Maria have excellent customer service, diligence and patience. The nurse named Miguel is without words like Suki. They are the best. Mark is the pharmacist. He is out the borders with his symphaty. He is the nicest person that I have knew at all the pharmacies here in Canada. He help you any time with everything. She is humble, diligent, taking care of everything. He did the delivery of my medications when I need it. I recommend this Medical Center.

We have been going to this clinic for the past 9 years and now Dr Manzoor accepted my boys as her new patient. Sukhi is the best of and always helpful and friendly.

Dr Kiran Humayun started out nice on a telephone appointment but ended up being quite rude. She rushed the conversation and when I said I was searching for the right fit became annoyed. Ones health issues are important and not just any doctor should be accepted. I wouldn’t want her to be my family physician at all with no compassion or manners.Apart from that the phone lines take forever to be answered and connection is terrible.Only plus are the receptionists that are polite.

I stopped going to this clinic quite some time ago. They take weeks to reply to calls, if ever. The doctor I and my family members saw during covid would not wear a mask because she wasn't afraid of it" and would encourage my family members to remove theirs. This was rather early on

Doctors are very good.This review is for the receptionist. She called me at a very last minute and rushed me to visit in 10 mins when my appointment was after 45 mins. Once I reached there, turned out that the doctor wasn't available before my actual appointment time and I had to sit there for 40 mins. So why rush people for nothing.
