Pam and I hired Zebra to design our dream home and they did a fantastic job creating everything and more that we wanted. Russ took into consideration the layout of our property, the detail we wanted relative to the floor plan and then added many aspects that we hadn't even thought of. We have received many compliments on how well our home fits in with the neighbourhood and how it adds to the character of the surrounding area and original home designs. Lorin did a incredible job with the interior ideas helping us with our vision but also offering up beautiful options that we hadn't thought of. We retained Zebra to do both architectural and interior design on a major rebuild and addition to our property. Their creativity, advice and support over an 18 month long process was invaluable. Some highlights include - plans that clearly reflected what we wanted while addressing building code requirements; a permitting process that went without a hitch; ideas and suggestions for interior designs that are practical and beautiful; recommendations for materials that mix splashes of high impact with economical workhorses; schedules for everything to keep us organized. Instead of a process that many describe as extremely stressful, I was sad to see it end!

Zebra designed and built our house in 2015 and we had an excellent experience all the way through the process. Rus Collins listened to us closely and worked with our needs and priorities to create a space that worked well on an unusually shaped lot. The use of space is superb – not a wasted bit, highly functional. Considering the lot is small, the design of the house still gives us privacy with well-planned window placements. Lorin Turner also listened very well. She took in our preferences and tastes and presented us with options to help us achieve the look we wanted with just the right amount of insightful guidance to make what can be an overwhelming process very manageable. Martin Whitehead snf hid construction team were professional, reliable, capable, and a pleasure to work with, and they finished ahead of schedule. All in all, an excellent experience, and a house we are absolutely delighted with.

Incredible designs which stand the test of time. My basement suite was fully redesigned by The Zebra Group. It has a classy yet west-coast feel which really highlights the surrounding ocean view.
