Josh is always so welcoming to our Pippi girl! She has some health issues and he is so gentle and calm with her. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else-she is always beautifully groomed when I pick her up! Thanks VIP!!

Our English bulldog Nala was immediately scared. She always knows she’s about to get a bath. It took one treat and she was immediately ok. The VIP staff truly cared about her anxiety, and their magic worked. When I came back, she didn’t want to leave!!

Been coming here for a year and half maybe two years and absolutely would recommend this place for nail trim Guinea pigs. They do a great job on both of our Guinea pigs. Here is Coco with fresh nail cut. Thank again for everything and doing a great job!

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I asked that they cut our dog’s hair and brush her out and not make her look like a poodle (she’s a goldendoodle). They called within 10 minutes of me dropping her off to say they would have to shave her and she was biting. She has never bitten at a groomer before and she gets brushed out every 6 week so the matting was not bad. When they were finished I got a text that said I had to pick her up in 30 minutes or would be charged. I went over to get her right away and she was completely shaved other than a poodle haircut on the top of her head and a fluffy poodle tale. She looks awful and it was $160. They were a couple of grumpy ladies who don’t seem happy with their jobs. I would not recommend.

VIP grooming is the best! My cat, Patrick, had some mats and has very bad allergies and skin issues. I didn't even know how bad, even after a trip to my vet. Josh took such good care of my boy. He groomed him beautifully, even uncovered a rash we didn't know he had! I got him into a new vet right away and got him taken care of. Yay, VIP! Thank you.

First time at the salon. Friendly staff, my dog was immediately at ease, & they did exactly what I described to them. Service was prompt. Highly recommend.

I have 2 dogs, Bliss and Kimchi, who go in together every time. Bliss is short hair, calm, but skittish. Kimchi is long haired, free spirited, and a big love ball. They treat both dogs the same and even my skittish baby seems to be comfortable with them. They both look beautiful every single time. We’re thankful for the staff for doing an amazing job and loving our pups while they are in their care.

I had such a good experience with VIP. It was my cats first time being groomed, and they talked me through everything that was making me nervous. They tailored the groom to exactly what Bobby needed. I’m so grateful to them and their expertise!

I brought my cat here today for a haircut for the first time and was so happy with our experience! The staff were all so kind and Josh did a fabulous job with the lion trim. We will definitely be back!

We have a 4 month old puppy ( mini BerneDoodle) and he is shy around new people. It takes him a while to warm up. Josh was wonderful and was very caring and considerate towards our pup. Jackie was kind, welcoming, and even showed myself and my son the grooming area and explained the process. We drove one hour for this appointment and we will be back.
