Great selection of shoes. Really rough online experience. Ordered shoes three weeks ago. They’ve got my money. No idea if or when the shoes will come. No responses to support emails.

Order # (LS440306)I Purchased The north face high-pile jacket in full price ($430) online. 2 days later ( before the item arrives the jacket was on sale for $344)Your customer service never picked the phone neither return my email. I left multiple voice massages and sent multiple emails. I called-in your store in vancouver, they said I have to thru and contact customer service. I tried multiple times on your online chat, it seems no one is there. MY ORDER NUMBER IS LS440306. I’m your regular customer and this is not right, you will never see me shopping in your store again.

Walked in to the Roncey location today for the first time. Thought I was walking into a resell shop but was pleasantly surprised to find out it is a retail shop. Spoke with Tom who was super cool and very welcoming even though he knew I was just there to check out the store and not buy. Just because of that short interaction with him, I will be shopping there in the future when I find a sneaker that I want. Thank you for the hospitality Tom. It was great to meet you.

Women's shoe release but they sell the shoes to men and NONE of the women in line got the shoes. Also they advertise the shoe release on social media (265k+ followers) and you get to the store and they claim they only have 22 pairs in stock. Makeway sells women's shoes to WOMEN and they make their customer's walk out with the shoes on. So no more livestock for me and judging by the other reviews, a lot of people feel the same way.

All the bad reviews ring trueOrdering online here is a nightmare took them over 3 weeks to ship my order and they take forever to answer your email (1 Full week)And nobody answers the customer service phone number!! So yeah all the bad reviews are pretty much the same, I’ve ordered from all different boutiques in Canada and never had this happen before, will not be shopping here again.

Products are great, customer service is garbage. Late shipments and no reply to concerns. Such a shame. If you are concerned about your shipments and they haven’t reply to your emails, make sure to start a case against them through pay pal or your credit card company…..they’ll reply right away once that’s done.

Don’t ever order shoes from livestock, they don’t have return policy which is in placed, and they don’t accept return request which is pending since last 15 days.Worst customer service

Spent most of my paycheques at Livestock (deadstock.ca) for as long as I can remember, and met some very decent people along the way. Management is committed to delivering excellent customer service and providing a pleasant shopping experience. The majority of my most coveted adidas sneakers were purchased from Livestock, including their very own /// collaboration - the Oregon Ultra Tech Gore-Tex (pic attached). A+

While the products they carry are ok, the customer service is terrible: specifically for returns.I bought items online as they were not available in-store to try on. Two items ran small, which was not mentioned on their website descriptions and when I asked to exchange or return for store credit I was told no. Even trying to resolve this issue through customer service online was not easy. I was told by the in-store team they aren't able to help with any returns or exchanges, everything needs to be dealt with through online customer service which took over a week to get a first response. I am disappointed in the outcome and now have to find some way to try and recoup my money from items that are not wearable.After having spent a lot of money here over the years, and not being afforded basic ability to exchange or return a size within the two week returns period this is now a deal breaker, especially for online purchases.

Awesome location! Really looks like a smaller store from the outside but once you go in it really opens up and stretches back far. Very clean modern professional set up with great selection of brands and accessories!! Definitely a place to check out.
