Had my car oil sprayed. I bought it in April and is in excellent condition no rust anywhere. It was previously owned by one person and was well taken care of so to keep the rust away I took care to protect it.

Drove into the parking lot. Parking lot was full of oil. Went into get a price, walked back out and my shoes were full of oil........place is a disaster.

This is the first time I've gone to this location. Fair prices and multi vehicle discount also applies. The boys in the back did a good job with the oil spray. Great customer service, the girls behind the counter are excellent and the reminder call is appreciated. The new product drips less too.

Had my vehicle oil sprayed. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and professional. However, they oil soaked my brand new front brake pads I had put on by Toyota. I ended up taking it in to MufflerMan and got a second opinion and they said the front brake pads are contaminated with oil. Therefore I have to get them replaced. Not impressed to have to replace parts due to sloppy care in applying the oil. Willing to produce proof of the assessment and the brake pads after they are changed. Disappointing experience.***Updated***, filed a report with BBB and provided them proof from a licensed mechanic who indicated that the brakes had overspray on them, and the company still failed to do anything. This is the definition of poor customer service or what people call crooks. They are extermely arrogant and rude. You better hope you don't have any after sales service with these people.
