Lady in the front has 0 customer service skills. I just wanted to know their prices and their level of service because I was planning on changing who I went to for dry cleaning. Lady did not display much help at all to me. On top of that, she doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect. Horrible service. They should train the lady on how to respect their customers

Have been going here for decades! Soula is a sweetheart. I don't do much dry cleaning but I trusted them with my.wedding dress 22 years ago and it's still white. I usually take clothing in for alterations. The ladies there know their stuff! Always a great job. Don't know what I'd do without them.

Took a suit to be dry cleaned. Was quoted a little over $20. Turned up a couple of days later and was told the quote was wrong and that it would be $30+. I wasn't too concerned about this, someone less experienced quoted me originally... BUT... a couple weeks later....I decided to try my suit on (had lost some weight). The jacket and pants are fine. However the merino cardigan-vest has been badly damaged. I had only worn it about 3 times previous to the clean and hadn't touched it at all since. There are half-a-dozen or more holes throughout, particularly near seams, but elsewhere too.This garment is discontinued and irreplaceable. I'm extremely unhappy and would recommend people stay away.

They are thee best! We went in to fix a Nike down coat that had ripped; the ladies are super sweet and were able to seamlessly patch the coat up in a manner that wasn’t off putting or obvious! :)

Prices are fair, cost me $45 for leather cleaning cheapest I could find in Scarborough area (guessing since it’s in house), service was great also have gotten many other clothes dry cleaned here

I've experienced excellent service at Metro Cleaners. They do non-chemical cleaning, pressing, excellent leather treatment and many alterations and repairs. Service is always prompt and Sulla greets you with a smile.

Always a great experience, very friendly staff. Reasonable pricing.

I’ve been going here regularly for about 5 years now and was a sporadic customer for about 10 years prior to that.This place is honest, reasonably priced and delivers great service. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.Soula greets both my wife and I by first name and genuinely seems to care about her customers. This is not something you get at most businesses these days unfortunately.A++

Ive given this place plenty of business in the past. Last night I Walked in at 6:55pm (they close at 7pm) some older lady sitting on the side berated me for coming in 'late' and 'dont you know your late, why are you coming late?' she kept repeating. To which I said don't you close at 7pm? She continued claiming I was late despite the signs were on and the lady the front desk was still working. These people are disrespectful and dont value their customers take your business else where like I did. There are plenty of quality places in the neighborhood.

Been going to this place for years and continue to do so, eventhough I no longer live in Scarborough. Soula is also absolutely amazing
