Purchased a gift card online for $150 mistaking this location for the Ottawa Nordic Spa. I live in Ottawa and it was gift for my wife.We can never get to Magog unfortunately. I called and politely asked for help/refund and was immediately refused. Sounded like this has happened before. What quality place would not refund in this case? This place wont that's for sure! My mistake I realize that but really! Costly mistake for me.

I really wanted to love this spa because the setting is so lovely. However it fell short on almost everything except for the massage.::Pros: had a fantastic massage and loved that it was in a private hutCons: small spa, could have been cleaner, lots of extra costs (3$ to change for a dry towel is ridiculous, no water fountains or glasses to drink water = no choice to pay 2$ for a water bottle), spartan area to wait for massages (looks like a cafeteria and not at all relaxing), no lounging chairs outside (only wood chairs) and spartan relaxing areas (thin plastic mattresses with plastic pillow). There are so many great spas around, won’t comeBack to this one.

Good for a quick getaway. The banya is nice, steam room is dope and the massage depends on who you get. My masseuse (Karine) was very competent. The space is nice but it feels a bit small. The installations are rustic. Unfortunately you can hear the neighbouring car traffic at times. Also, it would be great to have a better food and beverage selection. When I called they said all services were available but the main cold water bath was closed when we got there.I would recommend but don’t expect to be blown away.Enjoy !

I would say that this is my happy place. A SPA in a beautiful enchanted forest, extremely well integrated into nature. A place with special energy. Went there many times and every time I felt fantastic. Love the landscape, you have to walk, and it was built in different levels. Good variety of saunas and baths, relaxing areas... The massages that I had were very good, usually relaxing. The design of the place is very minimalistic and rustic. A hidden little gem, that usually is not crowded at all, which I love. I would recommend a few things that will make the place perfect: free robes (really important), free beverages (maybe some tea or flavored water with fruits or veggies), add music to some of the installations (ex. No music in the sauna by the river or the crypte), have a fireplace outdoors. In conclusion, I love it during the day but more at night. With the lights it's absolutely beautiful, especially in the winter. Keep this place to yourself. We don't want to make it too popular.

Really nice, rustic style nordic spa. Several hot tubs and cold natural baths situated on a hillside. There are two different saunas, and a steam room crypt that is fantastic. We also had a couples massage and it was professional and well done.

Smaller than other thermal spas like Finlandais but the vibe is more serene. Be aware quiet is enforced and there are a lot of stairs to climb. The river is very nice and the saunas are good and hot. They say Fridays are some of their busiest days but on a Friday in April we were able to enjoy almost every facility by ourselves. The drive from Montreal is great, it's a straight shot once you're out of the city. Recommend staying the night at Hotel Verso, they have a package with the spa access included.

Nowhere on their website mentions stairs everywhere, as soon as I go in, I mentioned I had a knee surgery and cannot take stairs. the front stayed silent. I pretty much went in, took a nap and cried in the rest room while my boyfriend had to carry me home. Waste of $150 and I’ll ask my credit card for my money back! Awful! Also, even if you’re healthy and can do stairs, they had one medium cold pool, a medium hot and a sauna, not much at all. Not worth it!!!

Wonderful spa! It's nestled in the woods with a river for cold bathing. Very unique. Loved the hamocks between the trees and the loungers overlooking the river. Quiet and intimate. Friendly staff. Great change rooms with showers supplied with soap and shampoo as well as available hair dryers.

Definitely our top 3 spa! We took the Signature Massage and it was an unique experience with the combination of different techniques. The facilities are amazing, love the cold plunge. It was quiet and zen. Would be great if they eventually add more food/drink on their menu :) Will definitely come back again!

This place is absolutely worth the 4 hours we drove to get here. Loved all the different hot and cold spots in the thermotherapy circuit. $88 per person includes admission, towels, and robe.It got a bit crowded by 2pm on Saturday but still enjoyed the experience. Parking is limited so another reason to come early.
