Installation of Sundeck Cover:Ordered a aluminum deck roof, our south facing deck gets extremely hot in the summer and often not usable, this will now provide shade in the summer when the sun is high and still allow light and sun to shine in during the winter. Allowing use in the spring and fall, and keeping us dry while BBQing all year.Parts took a while to come in like anything else these days so give yourself a few months minimum for parts to arrive and then a few weeks to a month for install arranging.The install only took a day and a half total with three men working on it, Blair and his crew are friendly, hardworking, precise with their measuring and they work all day without breaks, something you don’t see often these days. Please allow them a washroom to use as lately they are hard to find and it wastes a lot of time driving to look for one delaying your installation timeframe.The finished product looks great, handles the snow and wind as they design it for your area and snow load. Quotes were par with the other few companies that do this and they stand by their work. A quick hello to Mike and his colleague who brought a little humour to the day in the cold while sparing a little time to chat with me when finishing up the project.Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Thankyou

Great service! Another good reason to support our local small businesses. Ordering and arranging installation was seamless. Installation was a breeze for the team. And, our Milgard door is soooo special with solid fir interior and coloured exterior. It is a real beauty.Rick helped us today with minor issues regarding screen sliding - and we have had the door for 3 years! Yes, 3 years! He was cheerful and efficient, you would think he might brush off my concerns. No, he was gracious, and helpful without hesitation.You do NOT get this kind of service from a big box store! We researched other companies before we settled on Pacific View and our choice was fully justified by the experience we had. We only did windows for the back of our house, which included two patio door sliders, a set of the Ultra French doors, as well as eight other windows, one of them very large. The crew was excellent and the support from all of the staff, but particularly Blair and Rick, was noteworthy. The windows all look and perform beautifully and we are eager to complete the remainder of our windows with Pacific View when that time comes. In the meantime, and without any hesitation, we would recommend anyone searching for new windows or doors to put Pacific View at the top of their list.

Just had 9 windows replaced. Looked online for companies with good reviews. I’m happy to say Pacific was awesome. Michael & Tim who installed were amazing. Great quality products at a competitive price. Install was excellent. We love the look of our new windows and will be calling for a quote to replace the rest. My experience with Pacific View Windows and Doors was a great one! From my first visit to their showroom to the day of installation the staff were friendly, informative, efficient and prompt to reply to any questions or concerns I raised. Blair and Garrett arrived on time on the day of installation and they were so professional, pleasant, and helpful. Moved some heavy furniture pieces that I wasn't able to move without hesitation. Any issues that they encountered were dealt with quietly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. Love my new windows!

Incredible Service! Had windows done in last 8 months as part of a reno. had an issue this morning with one of them. Emailed asking how to start a warranty request and within an hour Blair came to have a look. He was in the neighbourhood and he fixed on the spot.

The PacificView team did an incredible job replacing the old windows and large sliding patio door in our 70's Gulf Island home. Not only were they competitively priced with fantastic product, but their knowledge and professionalism can't be beat.Blair, an owner and installer, took the time to walk me through every aspect of the project in advance of the final estimate. I knew exactly what the challenges were (our place is quirky and a little crooked) and what to expect upon completion. He managed and exceeded my expectations. The other two companies quoting our project never said a word.The windows and doors are beautiful, the project was completed on time, their communication fabulous, and the house neatly cleaned upon their departure.
