Thank you to Dale and his team for their hard work replacing my balcony deck and fixing the surrounding siding.Deck Pros was very thorough in putting together an estimate and when new issues were found, they were very responsive with letting me know how that would affect the project in terms of schedule and price.The existing deck had failed and while removing it they found issues with the siding and the drains. These were communicated to me promptly and I was presented with options. They were able to replace the failed deck, re-slope towards the drains, replace the drains, and repair the siding to ensure we would no longer have to worry about leaks.Thank you to the team: Dale, Ryan and Dwight and especially to Ben and Liam for doing such a thorough and professional job! I will be calling them up when it comes time to replace my other decks.

I had to replace my balcony/deck, and the railings as it's rotting. We also installed a canopy top. It was wonderful working with Deck Pros, we did not in fact meet anyone in person and everything was done via email and photos as I was very pregnant and then shortly had a new born to take care of. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome. Pricing is fair also. I highly recommend this company.

The whole team here really are pros! A truly excellent experience from the initial contact right through to completion. The project started on time and was completed as scheduled, even with some additional repairs due to hidden rot. The finished quality of the deck is fantastic...10 out of 10.The only problem was one of the railing posts was installed wrong. They responded to my concern immediately and had the problem fixed within a couple of days. Hard to find such amazing service in the construction industry.I would definitely recommend Deck Pros. Many thanks to the whole team!

Dale and the whole team at Deck Pro's is highly recommended! After getting multiple quotes from differing companies, i stumbled upon Deck Pro's and reading their customer reviews and decided to give them a call as well. Their remote quoting process was painless and very accurate, the rep that came by was very professional and knowledgeable as well. The install was efficient and not disruptive to our daily lives as well. Deck Pro's was true to their time lines provided and the quality of their work speaks for it self.

We had to have our deck, plywood flooring and railings replaced. The team was easy to deal with, on time, and completed the work quickly and on schedule. Not the lowest cost provider, but the quality and workmanship is there. Finished product looks great, and we are very pleased.

We have a 20 yr old patio that seemed to have some soft spots. Deck pros replaced our vinyl deck. I appreciated their responsiveness and no pressure approach. They walked me through the various options and I felt they were honest at outlining what was needed and what was not needed. We are only a few weeks in but so far so good.

From start to finish, Deck Pros kept us in the loop on additional work/repairs, what their recommendations were, etc. - as expected when working on an older house.
