Nous avons été 10 minutes dans le magasin sans même se faire saluer par les deux employés en poste. Nous avons fait nos choix de couleurs et passer 7-8 mins à la caisse à écouter la personne répondre aux appels téléphoniques (tjrs sans nous adresser la parole ou nous faire signe de patienter). Nous avons quitté bredouille et sommes allés dans un autre Benjamin Moore.

Première expérience à cet endroit. Avait besoin d'informations sur produits Sansin. Excellents services et conseils. Il est vrai qu'ils sont absolument débordés pendant cette période de l'année et à 3 avaient de la difficulté à fournir et faisaient plus que leur possible pour répondre rapidement et il se peut très bien que certaines personnes soient fâchées de ne pas être répondues rapidement au téléphone, cependant, c'est gens donnent leur 110%. Je vais y retourner c'est certain...

I'm reading those reviews and we thought why not... She was not friendly at all and it doesn't mean if someone doesn't speak French that he doesn't understand!! (Be careful when you use your words, think whatever you want but not out loud!)
