Worked out great, needed a last minute wheelchair for my dad who was visiting town. We were about to pay $140 to buy one on Kijiji before finding MediReady. Ended up being just a few minutes away, a fraction of the price, and we could rent it for exactly the right number of days.

I'm so glad I found this place. I needed a knee walker and they had a great one. I rented it for 2 weeks. It was easy and super affordable. They were also open on a Sunday which was so helpful! Nice customer service as well!

I didn't meet the person running the shop, we talked on phone or text. He is genuinely one of the best guys in this business. Absolutely empathetic and customer centric. I booked one wheelchair for a day and the complete process from taking the product, using it, to giving it back was absolutely seamless. Amazing customer service. When my order was ready I was notified in a timely manner and was given constant updates. Curbside pickup was convenient and safe during COVID.

I feel very fortunate that I found MedyReady, they were very easy to work work with. The person on the phone and on the chat (I believe his name was Emad? Apologies the chat expired soon after) displayed a great level professionalism and patience. The transaction was quick and efficient, I was able to pick up my product on the same day just hours after my purchase online. Awesome shop.Cheaper than other retail stores for medical equipment, but open far longer hours and very responsive owner.Saved my butt for a very last minute purchase when amazon emailed me telling me my item was going to be delayed.
