Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of phones and no upsell pressure. Wide variety of plans that are good value for money. No issues with asking for help to set up my new phone and transfer files from my old phone to the new one. Glad I switched to Freedom and I plan on being a long term customer. If you get the chance, deal with Jaskaran!

Purchased a new phone and tablet last week . Last update 2 yes ago . I was told these new devices were far superior to my last ones. SCAM. Apart from the texture on the tablet, the 2 are exactly the same. Both 32 gig. Same screen size. Running the same android. Same for the phone. No return policy. I got scammed by not receiving anything better, yet, I have to pay this junk off for the next 2 yrs. Also have to pay $100 for activation. I installed My Sim cards and they worked. What the heck kind of activation did they do? Avoid this place at all cost. Lying to get a sale is criminal.

Jaskara at the Guelph store was a phenomenal help to me. He is so patient, recommended the perfect solution that fit my needs perfectly. He listened and really knows his stuff. Transferred all my stuff over for me too. Perfect!!!

The guy yelled at me and wouldn't let me in because I had service dog. I told him he can't deny service and he said he didn't care.

This location is the worst location Freedom Mobile provides. I just went to pay my bill and they tell me they're not accepting bill payments today what is up with that?. Half the time I go to this location. The store clerk is on break, with the door locked. Sitting behind the counter. Or outside the store inside his car.
