Brian basically saved us from losing our home purchase due to another lawyers negligence! He was such a calming voice in the storm and had all of our paperwork and legal documents ready to sign in a day! This is the second time we've used Clark & Clark as our lawyers for a real estate transaction. Both times went so smoothly, and I feel comfortable attributing that to the diligence and preparedness from both the lawyers themselves and their entire staff. They communicate extremely well, are readily available, and helped us stay on track throughout the process. It was such a load off my shoulders to have everything lined up well in advance of closing; it such a relief to be able to trust that all the legal components of the sale were taken care of. I'd absolutely use them again!

I see the 5 stars but our experience was very different. It might have been because we were moving from the US which has some nuance compared to a regular move. That said, there seemed to be poor communication within the office. We dealt with several paralegals and had to go over the same details numerous times. Plus, they didn’t seem to be on top of things and we were continually up against deadlines. Not to mention that they accused us of being tardy when the issue was with the broker. Maybe we just had some bad luck because we also had issues with our mortgage broker who suffered from the same issues.
