Pulled up and asked how much for an oil change and a 5 tire rotation. I handed Harman a copied simple illustration of how to do a tire rotation of 4 wheels and spare. ‘Do not worry sir, we will take care of you. He offered me either a free tire rotation or $25 off my oil change and I opted for the free tire rotation. The oil change was done and the tires were changed but my spare on the tailgate was not touched. When I explained to Harmann that they didn’t do what I wanted he said that that what they did was what Ford recommends, I said that my Ford manual recommends a 5 tire rotation for longer tire life. He said they were going to have to charge me another $25 to rotate the spare. That didn’t sit very well with me and the managers had a huddle and he said they wouldn’t charge me extra after all. However, it took him and others 30 more minutes to take the right rear tire off and replace it with the spare even though all the bays were now empty of cars and the other 6 ‘technicians’. It was like I was in the penalty box for pushing the point of the 5 tire rotation. The entire procedure took 90 minutes and should have been done in 45 minutes or less. I might have to look for a new oil change place.

Initially came in for an oil change and other services, Karan is very nice and honest. He checked in often and updated me on what was going on throughout the service. Karan and his crew are quick and work well. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Right off the bat, the staff there are very much friendly and show you everything during the inspection.They not only worked with me on what needed to be adjust, swapped, and changed out, but also had a genuine conversation with me. Chatting about hiking trails and different car parts.It didn't feel rushed or even too long.What I really REALLY appreciated was the constant call outs to other staff while working. They have a wonderful safety system, and it is clear as day. They work fast, but safe.Oh, and the coffee was good too.All in all, will be back again.

The tech damaged my tire during a tire swap, profusely denied (lied) about the damage claiming it was already like that. They charged me for the swapping the tire and damaging it in the process. The owner claims it’s hard to say if it was caused from our technician or not or due to just life of the tire" suggesting the technician might not have been responsible. But I've been going to this shop for tire swaps exclusively for the past couple of years (they are relatively quick as others suggest) and there was no damage on this tire when before it went on in the fall.The most interesting part is the cover-up pulled by the technician. Great service. Shub and his team were really helpful. They really inform you of what they are doing. Plus it’s so quick. Note that they’re also sales guys and make a hard sell! But their recommendations make sense

Harman and his team were fantastic. I went to another franchise oil change place at 730pm and they denied me saying they they closed at 8pm. I decided to try this location and company and arrived at 745pm, they also closed at 8pm. The gentlemen has no problem completing my oil change by 8pm and I was on my way.
