True North Family Dental Care

This is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. I have been to a number of dentists and Dr. Dee and Dr. Fraser’s practice is by far the best!They are great with my children and my children are never afraid to come in! My family and I feel confident and comfortable coming to true north always. I love how up to date they are on dental practices. The staff are so kind and friendly too. Everyone seems happy to work here. I love the renovations and how clean it always is when I come in!I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend true north if you are in the market for a dentist in PG!

I can't rave enough about this office. I am in my 30's and have years of dental related trauma. I moved to Prince George and was dreading finding a new dentist, but after a dental emergency, my friend recommended them. Dr Fraser and his assistant made me feel comfortable enough to ask to become a permanent patient. I knew I made the right choice when I started the intake paperwork, it was incredibly trauma informed. During my intake appointment, Dr Dee spent a lot of time listening to my history and explaining different options for work she could see I need. Not once did I feel rushed even though I wasn't getting more than X-rays. April, my hygienist, worked with me to understand how my ADHD affects my dental hygiene and gave me different ideas to improve and I got to leave a dental appointment for the first time not feeling like a failure. She worked with me to develop a plan for us to get my gums healthy. She also gave me a special brush for an area on my teeth where a normal brush wasn't working well. I honestly believe that if I had had a dental team like this growing up, I would have amazing teeth.This office also offers sedation for dental work and does great with kids!

Dr. Dee is wonderful! Her friendly, gentle nature, kindness, compassion and excellent dentistry skills have never left us disappointed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

True North Dental is a lovely clinic. My hygienist is competent and great with her patients. The environment is a beautiful blend of efficiency and chill, both of which I appreciate. It is warm and friendly yet professional. I highly recommend True North Dental

My husband has anxiety about the dentist so he was nervous when he found out he needed to have a crown on one of his teeth. Dr. Dee put him at ease about the procedure and it ended up being a pleasant experience (he did have to be medicated!) We appreciated the care call as well to see how he was doing after the procedure.

Amazing experience! Would highly recommenced for all your dental concerns! Their attention to detail and comforting nature will have me coming back. Shout out to Drs. Dee and Fraser! Awesome duo!

My family always receives excellent care at True North. Dr. Dee so caring, professional and friendly. She goes the extra mile to ensure the patient is comfortable, happy and attended to. Its evident that she is passionate about her profession.

I am new to Prince George and a friend highly recommend clinic. My daughter has intellectual disabilities and experiences high anxiety. Dr. Fraser was amazing, friendly, compassionate and very professional with my daughter. She left with smile and no tears. Great experience!

Receptionists were so friendly at booking my first appt. They were even more so in person. Hygienist was so nice and did an amazing job.Dentists were so friendly and did an amazing job. Made me feel comfortable and they were so personable. Overall experience was awesome. Highly recommend True North.

The team at True North has always been so professional and kind. You always hear laughter within the building which is a rarity being it’s a dental office. They’re always willing to help our family and often go above and beyond. We even had a dental floss and door slam emergency because YouTube videos made her think she could give it a try! We’ve referred many of our friends and family and will continue to do so!
