On top of the great food and dedication Tara’s passion about what she does is remarkable. From the first encounter we felt comfortable with having Tara cooking in our kitchen, she is always open minded to implement changes in order to suit our meal preference. And most important, Tara takes very seriously sanitation and food safety.
