EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Buying a hot tub can be confusing. There's different sizes, brands, types, quality, insulation, seats, filtration, and sanitization. We had an old tub that didn't work, and we wanted it replaced with something efficient, but also able to handle hosting when company was over. We had looked at a couple of the big brands, but budget was our priority. Enter Mark. I had heard about Mark from a friend and gave him a call. I explained what we wanted, our budget and our current set up. Mark gave us a few options well within what we wanted, he showed us the tub, features, and the basics of ownership. Mark provided excellent fast customer service, he removed the old tub, installed the new, and provided follow up after initial set up. I would highly recommend Mark (Tubby's) to anyone looking for service, refurbished, or new tubs. We'll be back in the future for sure!
