Today was a good experience. Exciting to be buying a beautiful couch set. Our associate Karen was very nice and helpful.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Karen Cameron and she was so very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I am more than pleased with my choices, payment options and service. I would definitely recommend Ashley's on Sumas Way as a wonderful place to shop!

Went in just to look today and found a new mattress. We went to find a worker to help and found Cindy. She was absolutely amazing and made me want to come back. We didn’t feel rushed out or pressured and she was very polite and you can tell she cares and wants the best for you. Highly recommend Cindy!

The incompetence of this store cannot be matched. While you are looking and ordering the staff are great from that point on it was all about getting the sale, new couches in stock waiting for 1 item be delivered in 4 weeks no calls no emails 4-5 weeks later a call to say discontinued go in choose another in stock just have to sort delivery 2 weeks no call we call these guys again hasn’t even been put on the board for delivery make a delivery date which is May 7th Sunday is the only day they deliver in my area come home from Okanagan to take delivery 12 noon thought better see approx time of delivery nope no delivery again for us truck went to Hope but nobody had our furniture marked for delivery earliest is Sunday 14th may as they don’t want to put them selfs out to get here any sooner we have been passed around like a football 3 different people have told us they are personally looking after it apparently there was a ? On our delivery but nobody had the common sense to ask the question very sad customer service from a large store, please take the time to contact me

Worst’s experience with this store specifically sales person sunny. After sales He doesn’t know how to talk to customers really bad attitude and show you different products and sells something else and deliver totally different products. Please avoid this store and specifically this sales person Sunny.Am contacting these people since 6 weeks no one responded. I tried to contact through this email they mentioned in comment below almost week ago no answer at all. No customer service.

Completely crushed and disappointed. Everyone is kind and friendly until the furniture is at your house and you find something wrong with it. My bed frame was assembled incorrectly and the second I layed down on my mattress all I heard was wood cracking and splitting. After lifting the mattress I found all the slats were different heights (some over an inch difference) and a leg was put in the wrong spot which meant a large section of the lower half of the bed had no support at all. Customer service admitted the leg was put in the wrong spot as it was bent (it was put in a spot I couldn't see it, in between storage drawers). On top of that, the footboard had been dropped and there were 3 large indents in the upper corner. I was also supposed to receive a dresser which never came as it was broken in transit. Customer service advised me to unscrew the bed myself and remove the felt tips on the legs to even out the slats and would call me in a few days. When they called back I was told to not remove the felt tips as it would damage my flooring. They have said nothing about sending someone back to fix this which is very upsetting when I waited weeks for these items only to get some and have it be so badly put together and damaged. The salesman was great however now that it's in my possession it seems to be my problem when I paid for installation. I can only imagine how heartbreaking this would be if my grandparents made this purchase or a disabled person who would be left with an expensive broken bed and no way to do anything about it with little to no help from customer service. I really hope this is a one off situation as I expected a lot more from Ashley and have ordered from less credible places and never dealt with a bed cracking beneath me (at 115 pounds) or had issues like this.

Cindy Nelson was fabulous, she answered all my questions, never made me rush or feel like she was wanting to get to the next customer. She always answered my messages, which were many! I love my living room furniture. It is timeless, comfortable and feels sturdy. Highly recommend Cindy and Ashkey furniture for a great experience. The delivery service was great too, very friendly and professional.

Very bad experience with this store and sales person Sunny. They are very nice until you purchase and after they totally change their behaviour don’t know how to talk and don’t even realise that they are wrong. They won’t respond your emails or call not even store managers give you any response. Please avoid this store and specially sales person Sunny . We are trying to contact these people but they ignoring us directly and no response at all.

Very helpful staff, let me shop on my own but were available for any questions.Really liked the fact that I could pay from home, living 45 mins away this was really convenient for me.Throughout the process the staff remained available through text and email for any questions that I had.
