The McDonald's in Kirkland lake is the slowest and worst McDonald's I have ever been too. They close at 11pm and most nights don't turn their lights on in the evening so it looks like they are closed even earlier. Even on Ronald McDonald House day they had their lights off.

For the amount of years that this McDonald's has been in business, I can't believe it's still open.Behind the ordering counter where the foor is made,it's ALWAYS dirty. The floor (especially under the fryers etc.), the side and fronts of the appliances are always dirty, stained and you can tell they desperately need to be cleaned. The tables are often dirty,and sometimes impossible to find a clean one unless you clean it yourself. I went to the counter to ask for something to clean a table with, I was given a dirty rag and a spray bottle, they didn't even offer to go clean it themselves. Lol The entire restaurant is dirty, gross and in need of a deep cleaning. The public health bord should be inspecting this restaurant....OFTEN!!!!

I had the worst experience ever at a McDonald's banner this morning... from the cashier that doesn't care about what he is doing, takes order but doesnt ask if meal or sandwich only, too much people behind the counter and at least 1 of them doesnt meet any health & salubrity standards(no hair net, an outside bag at food prep counter height, high-5 the cook and no real reason to be there in my opinion)... and still takes 5min to get 1 sandwich done. Clearly the smallest choice in a walmart macdonald" i've experienced. Mcmuffin is the only breakfast shown on screen
